I had an incredible experience working with Urban Mechanical! The company has a team of professionals who are always available to help me with my A/C needs. I was able to schedule a service online, which was easy and convenient. I was so happy with the quality of the service that I signed up for a maintenance agreement with them, which ensures that I will have someone on call to help with any of my A/C needs. I highly recommend Urban Mechanical for all of your A/C needs!

The technician from Boston Heating and Cooling explained everything step by step. The repair was completed fast. The system runs perfectly now.

My furnace went out on the weekend during off hours! I had a small, very reasonable monthly plan with this company and it was well worth the piece of mind to know they would come and have my heat back on even at 9 p.m. Excellent company!

After waiting about 2 weeks for an appointment for an install quote for mini-splits - I spent about 45 minutes talking with their representative, walking him through my house, etc. I was promised a quote within 2 business days.

2 weeks went by and I contacted them again and was told I would be provided the quote by the end of that business day. Nothing happened.

So I contacted them a third time - this time I was just ignored.

It has been three weeks now since their representative came out. Turns out it was just a huge waste of time.

Precision Heating And Cooling is truly the finest heating and cooling contractor that we have ever used. The prices are very competitive and the service and professionalism is second to none. I have also used Precision Heating And Cooling at my place of business with outstanding results.

This "business" isn't what they appear.
This is NOT the same "Precision Heating & Cooling" company that's based out of Northboro, MA. The phone # instead connects to "Premium Home Service" in Illinois, which itself is a suspicious operation.

After paying a $150 service fee for a heat pump consultation and quote, the contractor, "Joe," did not show up as promised. He instead provided a quote over the phone and then pushed for a $8000 down payment to be paid immediately by credit card. He then threw a temper tantrum over text after I politely declined his services - see attached screenshot.

Really glad I dodged this bullet.

The team arrived punctually, their expertise evident as they installed our ductless system efficiently. Now, our home feels perfectly comfortable year-round. Highly recommend!

Excellent HVAC service from start to finish. The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and explained everything clearly. The repair was done quickly and efficiently, and my system is working perfectly now. Fair pricing and great customer service. I would highly recommend this HVAC company.

The technician was prompt and installed the thermostat seamlessly, taking just under an hour.

After a quick call, the technician arrived within the hour and efficiently resolved the issue. Our home is comfortable again, thanks to their expertise!

Brian has worked in multiple homes of mine. He has always given me honest feedback and does very good work.

Do not use this company under any circumstances. The employees can only be compared to Satan's minions, as they have no morals, and do not care about anyone. On top of their rude attitudes, they didn't even fix anything. Stay away from this company!

Almost ran me off the road. After phoning the company to speak with a manager about the drivers erratic driving, I was instantly harassed and cussed out before getting a chance to speak. Would never let someone like this in my home, they clearly do not care about the work they do or their reputation.

Well to be honest if I could leave no stars I would. Why do a job you no longer want to do because it’s to hot for you to be outside. You are in the business of helping people. And you act like a teenager and thats being nicely. Being disrespectful and rude to a customer even a tenet of one of your customers isn’t called for. Would you like someone treating your family the same way? I wouldn’t think so but then again how you acted you not care. Please anyone looking for heating and air work please look for someone else because after they do their job they will be rude and not willing to help. I am disappointed in a company like this more or less the owners. I have contact the bbb and filed a formal complaint wish you the best

I have been in business for 19 years. We have used liberty air since day one, and the previous owners had liberty air for many more. I have never had a problem and would reccomend them to anyone. Any issues we had were taken care of..

I would highly recommend Liberty Air. We were looking for an A/C system for our house which was already setup with a hot air system. Jeff stopped by and gave us a very reasonable quote which matched or beat every other quote we had gotten. While he was at our house for the quote he also pointed out some things we could do on our own to improve our efficiency (ie. taping some ducts to ensure a better seal). We decided to go with Liberty Air and Jeff stopped by a few days later to install the system. He took the A/C unit out of the box and noticed a dent. Rather than try to convince us it wasn't a big deal, he pointed it out to us and promptly drove it back to the supply center and swapped it out for a non-damaged one. He was back an hour later and he and his small team installed the system and showed us how to operate it. While he was waiting for his electrician to finish up, he did some (free) work on our ducts, such as making sure they were all securely fastened and replacing nails where the duct work was loose.

This was the first contractor I have ever used that I would highly recommend to anyone without hesitation. You can tell Jeff takes pride in his work and is not out to take shortcuts or mislead customers into upcharges once half of the work is done.

I have an old A/C Unit that is on its last legs, got several quotes from HVAC Companies who told me I needed a new unit to the tune of $12K. Brian came and put in a $94.00 part and it has been running fine ever since. He is a great guy, honest, professional and always honest and respectful.
