JB Pride, Inc. is a top-notch company, and since James was recommended to me, I have never thought of using anyone else. Ever.

James is reliable, trustworthy, and meticulous about his work. Having an older house, there are many things that have needed attention over the years. James is always willing to come to the house, give an honest assessment of the situation, and complete the job safely and for a reasonable cost. There have been many times when I needed electrical work done, but was too busy to be home. I always feel completely safe leaving James a key, knowing that he will treat my home as his own. And I am always notified through text, email, or phone when he has arrived and when he has completed the work.

Without reservation, I highly recommend this JB Pride, Inc.

JB Pride very quckly made an appointment for the following week replaced my attic fan all in the same day. The installers were prompt for the appointment, very professional. and very polite and I would definitely use them again. I was satisfied with this company,

James is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He has done few electric jobs in our house and every time the job was done perfectly. We always rely on him for service. Fantastic service, Prompt response, Friendly and honest technicians. James is the best electrician I have ever seen. I will never consider using anyone else.

Nick and Thomas came to install my Interlock kit for my generator on Saturday morning. They were very professional and customer oriented. They also assisted me with starting the generator and walked me through the process of locking out the main panel and selecting the circuits to power from my generator. James also stopped by to check out the job, he was very knowledgeable about the trade. Would highly recommend them!

I called JB Pride for an issue I was having with my bills. Colton Dyer(the electrician) came over and was able to quickly help and detect the issue while being extremely polite and professional.(our electric panel was connected to the wrong meter).
Indeed, I had some unclarity about the billing process and when I called the customer service they were very helpful in making sure all my questions were answered. Great service and even more importantly great people. I definitely recommend.

I have used Expert Home Services (a division of JB Pride) on multiple ocasssions for light electrical work. They have been great so when I put in a new electric pool heater, those are the guys I turned to. They came out, walked me through the options of placing a new 100amp line in the backyard, and the schedule. They did everything according to plan and schedule, working through decisions and issues with me as they came up. I must say they are not the cheapest but I felt comfortable and assured that they wouldn't miss anything and the job would be done well.

JB Pride was very professional. They were extremely accommodating with our need to social distance. They were good with the diagnostic and communicating the overall issues and cost of repairs. My technician was great.

JB Pride was extremely helpful! They provided me a quote on the phone and came out the same day and fixed the electricity in my pool house which was shorting out because of a storm. AMAZING service and will definitely be coming back to them again for any other issues.

They were so great! I called in the afternoon and they happen to have an opening the next morning. They explained the process and gave me a base estimate over the phone (clear that there could be more added on, depending what is done). I received a text in the morning, about 35-40 minutes before the electrician arrived (with a photo for safety, and background of experience), to let me know they were on their way.

Colton was the electrician and so helpful. He knew exactly what he was doing and was so pleasant to work with. I can't recommend him enough!

I will definitely use them again, if I ever need anything.

Had an amazing experience with EHC Inc. My thermostat had died and with the recent hot weather my Condo has been quite warm. James was the first tech to come out and diagnose and set up further replacement. It was also found that my AC unit was in desperate need of a clean. Thomas came out and replaced the thermostat and cleaned the unit. Both were informative, personable, efficient, and great at their jobs. I wish I would have called EHC earlier to help with the problem and will be sure to use them again if I have further electrical/HVAC needs. Thanks!

James installed and does the routine maintenance on our generator. I would not trust anyone else. He is extremely thorough and personable. We lost our original generator because another company did not do detailed enough check ups on it. I highly recommend JB Pride!!

Sharing my review so that I might save others from my bad experience this week with EHC.

+ EHC charges a $60 "estimate fee" which can be applied toward work you contract for.

+ Technician was an hour late to the first appointment of the day at 8AM - a block I picked so that I could plan for the time. Tech called me at 8:02 to say he was on his way and would arrive in 30 minutes. 15-20 minutes of the delay was him standing outside my building talking on the phone. When I asked him why he was so late, he lied to me and said that traffic/parking was bad. In my experience, if a company will lie about small things, they will lie about big things.

+ Technician seemed knowledgeable and gave me a quote for maintenance on two furnaces and a quote to install two smart thermostats. He spent time on the phone reviewing the quote with a supervisor before presenting it to me.

+ The quote to install two smart thermostats (I already have a common wire - this is a straightforward job) was $1405.88. I asked him if he was sure - I asked him if he could check again. I asked if it included the devices. Tech assured me this was all correct. Later that morning the tech called back to say he made a mistake, and that he did quote me a price that included the thermostats. New quote to install two smart thermostats, but now with "NO WARRANTY PROVIDED" was $763.90.

+ The second quote for maintenance (no repairs) on two furnaces was $692.64.

By this time, I lost all confidence that the quotes were accurate and decided to move on.

So, in the end, they were late, they lied to me, and they presented inaccurate and very high quotes. I paid EHC the $60 "estimate fee" that I agreed to pay, and think that I escaped a bad situation pretty inexpensively. I hope that my review saves you $60 or more in the future.

They were terrific in setting up the appointment, alerting us when they were on the way and James was friendly and efficient. Took a look, quoted a fair cost and replaced two kitchen lights with ease. Definitely recommend JB Pride to anyone needing electrical service.

Their responsiveness, convenience and communication density for setting the appointment were off the scale. The repair professional lived up to that initial impression by being on-time, fast, pleasant and competent. Didn't deal with anyone I wouldn't rave about at JB Pride.

Recently had EHC work on HVAC and they were great! I appreciate the transparent pricing and easy scheduling. Molly, Connor, and Thomas were seriously great! They were friendly, professional, and patient with all my questions.

Following a serious deterioration in the power supplied to the house, JP Pride were easily the most responsive firm I called. As we were essentially without power, they treated it as a priority. The diagnostic technician, Colton, came within 24 hours and identified the outside supply line / meter had corroded and needed full replacement. Tyler and Scottie came a few days later once the necessary parts had been ordered and quickly and efficiently replaced the outside service from the grid line to the panel. The company is very professional - your calls are always answered, staff turn up on time and the quoting and paperwork processes are fully automated.

Our technician Colton was incredibly professional, timely, and knowledgeable throughout the entire repair service. He quickly and accurately assessed the situation, and offered the proper solution to our home's electrical issue. Highly recommend Colton and JB Pride. We would be confident with relying on JB Pride for any of our future home services.

I called this JB Pride to repair an attic fan. Christian arrived right on time first thing the next morning.
He finished the job within the hour! The fans working great now and he noticed and fixed some dangerous wires and checked my electrical box helping me with an outlet issue. He was so good so fast and so friendly and kind. All important qualities. He completed the job, offered advise and I am so impressed with this company, and with Christians thorough and professional work. Also when I called to make appt., the woman answering phones wad also so kind and helpful. . It says a lot about this who this company is. Thank you!

We had water leaking into our circuit breaker on a Sunday night. I contact JB Pride the following morning at 7am and we had a tech out to our house by 10am that day. Colton was attentive, professional, and thorough. He assured us of the steps he was going to take, reviewed everything with us, and made sure recap the repairs. We even had him quote out some additional work for us down the line too. Great service, great people.

Over the last year and a half, JB Pride has completed a number of (major and minor) plumbing and electrical jobs in my 95 year old house. The owner, James and all of his workers are a pleasure to work with. They are timely, professional and patient. They take the time to answer customer questions thoroughly, and to educate you on anything you ask. JB Pride does quality work and they are a quality company that I would highly recommend.
