Our experience with Presidential was stellar. They picked up the phone immediately and assured us they’d be able to offer same day service for an emergency during a heat wave. We found their service to be professional, honest, and reliable. We even got a text the next day to check in and confirm things were working okay. Definitely calling them again for next time!

Good people, honest about what's needed, actually responds to the problem at hand rather than the wallet available. Kindness seems lost in the world of service technicians, glad I found a company that still offers kindness and integrity. I never take the time to write reviews, but for Presidential, I was completely blown away by their services. Adi and his team are professional, knowledgeable, reliable and honest. Adi takes the time to explain why the issue is happening. His team troubleshoots all options to make sure they get to the very root of problem. They even continuously follow up to make sure there are no further issues. Going forward, I will only use their HVAC services. I highly recommend to all.

In the middle of a heatwave (on a Saturday night no less), our AC gave out. I found Abi’s number via Google and he immediately picked up. Abi was over the next day and was able to swap out our air condenser and have the AC running that afternoon. Abi was extremely responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. He even took the time to follow up a couple of days later to make sure the AC was still working. I can’t recommend him and his team enough.

My HVAC died in the middle of heat wave. Adi had someone at our home same day to assess the situation, and had ordered and picked up a new part and returned to install it by noon the next day. Great service. Reasonable price.

Presidential Services were great through & through. They removed my two old mini split ductless systems & replaced them both with two new models, installed them & ran me through proper use & maintenance.

After calling 3 other companies they offered the lowest price for materials & labor.
They were professional, polite & an absolute pleasure to work with. I’ve already recommended their service to a few friends & family.

Amazing company and top notch customer service. I’ve used Presidential HVAC twice, for 2 separate issues. The customer support was like no other. On the 2nd occasion, Presidential HVAC was able to talk me through a simple repair virtually. I would highly recommend using them for any of your HVAC or electrical needs!

We had a great experience with Presidential Electric and HVAC - Adi was very responsive to our urgent request, while many other service providers failed to get back to us in timely manner, professional in his work, and did an excellent job identifying and solving our issues in an efficient manner. I would highly recommend him for folks with HVAC issues, especially if time sensitive.

Owner came to my condo in an old Back Bay building to propose installing a dual-zone mini split. He proposed and *begrudgingly* agreed to the specs laid out by the governing historical board. He was suggesting that we should just do whatever we wanted as far as installation was concerned.

This process was dragged out over months because each time the condo association asked for certificates of insurance with certain kinds checked off, he would send them to me, and I would send them to the HOA. Then, the HOA would reject them, saying that the correct boxes weren't checked. So I'd send them back to Adi, and sometimes have to remind him a few times to resend.

After a few of these back-and-forths, I looked carefully at the certificates he sent. THEY WERE EXACTLY AS THEY WERE BEFORE WHEN THEY WERE REJECTED FOR INSUFFICIENT INSURANCE.

I called to ask why he would continue to submit the same forms, knowing that they weren't accepted. It was then that he finally told me that he didn't have the kind of insurance they were looking for. He said that it would cost him too much money to get the kind of insurance they wanted for what he considered a one-off job.

Really, Adi? You continued to do the same thing again and again and expected different results???

Finally, we engaged a reputable contractor who came in, looked at our electric panel in the unit, and told us simply that it could not be done. The electric panel in our unit is 50 amps, and the stove eats up most of it. To install a 50 amp dual-zone mini split, which is what he proposed, would make it so that it would never pass inspection with the city.

And that ended our interest in installing a mini split in our condo.

The owner wasted lots of my time, and would have ended up in a whole lot of trouble had we gone ahead and installed the unit.

Pay attention to the sarcastic and mocking tone he uses to answer the low Google reviews he gets. That tells you some good information to use and prepare for, if things don't go well.

Presidential Electric is by far the most responsive, professional and timely company I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I’ve used their electrical and plumbing services at least 4 times now and have so far scheduled 2 more services. Adi is exceptional to work with and a straight shooter. He follows up after every job and even days later to make sure everything is working as it should. They’re great for emergency calls, general repair and installation. Lastly, Adi does NOT price gouge like many contractors do…I’d be surprised if anyone can beat their prices.

I am so happy with the workmanship and professionalism that I received from Roeland and his team. They did a fantastic job! I had my electrical re-done after it being ruined by another electrician. They are honest and do high quality work! I worked with many electricians in the past and this is the first time in my life where I can say I never have to look for another one! It was worth it and I'm so happy with the service! Thank you again!

The two technicians arrived early which was great. Both were very efficient and kept me updated as they worked on my unit. they were courteous and did a great job. I would recommend them and use hem again.

We just had our 12 yr old HVAC repaired by Adi. We are very impressed with Adi and his team. Adi took extra mile to find the parts for our old HVAC which most plumbers are not willing to do. Once he found the parts, came back the next day and fixed everything in a hot day. Definitely would recommend to my friends and use him again!

Our AC went out one evening, and the next morning I called Presidential. They were able to send a tech same day by 1 pm. They replaced the condenser and topped up the refrigerant for a reasonable price, no hassle or attempts to upsell. I would definitely use them for future HVAC needs.

I called Presidential in the afternoon bc the temperatures this week have been very high and the back capacitor broke in our AC unit. Adi from presidential was very helpful - came by our residence only a few hours later and fixed the problem very quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with the service, the quickness and ability to help as soon as they are able. Will definitely use their service again!

The company sent over Adi to service my air conditioning unit which was not blowing out cold air. He found the problem within minutes and took care of it.
