Adi is a true life saver. Our heat went out during negative temps in Boston. Adi came extremely quickly, he was more than polite and accommodating, diagnosed and fixed the issue in no time. Cannot thank him enough.

Our heat went out in the middle of the crazy snowstorm and freezing cold weather. Adi came after hours to look into it and was able to get it up in running again within the hour that he was here. He was very friendly, very respectful, and got the job done. Would highly recommend Adi from Presidential HVAC.

Our HVAC broke at 7 PM, and after calling five different companies, no one could come out until the next morning—except these guys. Paul arrived by 8 PM, and we had heat back on by 9 PM. I truly appreciate the fast turnaround and his willingness to come out in 8°F weather. Outstanding service.

This company is a farce. I tried to arrange service two separate times. Both times they had a window available same day and took payment for the service. Hours after my service window I reached out as I hadn't heard from the technician nor had anyone showed up. Each time I called to ask where the technician was they said, they were "stuck on a job". Multiple times I pushed the window for service and still no one showed up. I pushed to the next day at the earliest slot, still no one showed up. Today I finally called at 3:30pm after my service window was between 9-1pm and they said "well the technician never responded to our call." I was supposed to hear from the technician manager and yet he never called. They just take your money and never provide service. I was refunded but am keeping my eye out to make sure the refund hits my credit card. DO NOT CALL. DO NOT USE.

Craig and the team from Appleton Heating & Cooling did a terrific job of installing my new furnace on Tuesday. Craig the service technician came right out when my 23 year furnace died.He was prompt,professional and very friendly; he was in and out within 30 minutes .The furnace is now working perfectly. All my rooms are a better temperature now. We are 100% pleased. They give the best customer service of any service people we have had to use.Fully recommended.

We needed our AC repaired. We called Appleton Heating & Cooling at 2:20, got an appointment at 4 pm on the same day and at 4:30 AC was fixed. It is so hot at the moment that the schools close at noon for the second day in the row as some classrooms reached 90 degrees. We can finally cool down at home. We highly recommend this business.

Great experience - I highly recommend Appleton for anyone looking for any air duct cleaning. We recently purchased our home and have done quite a bit of renovation work including hardwood floor standing. The house also had visible dust/pet hair built up in the ducts and vents. They cleaned every duct and the lines. It was a very thorough cleaning of the system. The technician is incredibly responsive and professional - scheduling was easy and the full report was very informative.

I had 2 different companies come out and look at my A/C unit and still had issues. Appleton Heating & Cooling were able to fix my A/C problem quickly and efficiently. They sent tech who serviced my home and was very knowledgeable and professional. The prices are reasonable and I am considering signing up for their maintenance plan.
