I cannot say enough positive things about the entire team at JB Pride! They replaced our electrical box, installed ductless AC units and have helped replace countless of outlets around our house and are always a pleasure to work with. You will be hard pressed to find a more professional, kind and meticulous staff to work with. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking to have high quality work done!

JB Pride has a fancy software system that really elevates the customer experience. The electrician who visited my home was professional, courteous, and efficient. He even put on shoe covers before entering. They are not cheap, but if you want top-notch service and everything done strictly by the books, they are worth every penny.

Nick from JB Pride was the electrician who attended to our problem. He was clear, communucative, and patient with explaining the service and repair. He checked the electricial wiring, replaced some outlets, and installed an arc fault circuit braker. Each step was communicated with estimates prior to proceeding. The total cost was higher than I expected but the service was prompt and reassuring. I would use JB Pride again. Thank you for your service.

James came out to install recessed lighting and a switch for us. They came out to give us a quote the next day and to work the following week. They were very professional and super courteous (trying hard not to wake our sleeping toddler). The work was done well, we would definitely use them again.

Everyone at EHC has been great to work with. I called on a Monday and have had multiple issues addressed within the week, with clear communication throughout the booking process. My technician Colton was excellent - he explained everything plainly and thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and got the job done in a timely and professional manner. My husband and I have been having some issues with the air conditioning in our condo and have not been happy with previous HVAC companies that we have used. We saw EHC has good reviews so we took a risk and scheduled an appointment for them to come look at our system. We were happy to get an appointment within a few days of calling them. We honestly didn't expect much because we figured we would be let down by yet another HVAC company. Wow were we wrong! Molly and Connor (hopefully I spelled that write) came during the scheduled time and were so kind and immensely helpful. Molly is ridiculously knowledgeable! She was able to pinpoint a likely cause for our issue (something no one else has been able to do), went through the estimate in detail, and was happy to answer every question we had. We learned a lot about our system and how it worked from her. After talking it over with my husband, we decided to move forward with the work as we felt the pricing on the estimate was fair. We knew we wanted Molly and Connor to do the work because we had such a great experience with them the first time. My husband's work schedule can be kind of finicky so he only had two days in the next few weeks that could work for us so that he could be present while they were here. After speaking with Edward (so friendly and helpful every time we spoke with him), their schedule was booked those days but they were going to see if there was anything they could move around to make it work. Within a day, they let us know that they maneuvered some things around so Molly and Connor could do the work...let me tell you, we were impressed!! Within a few days, they were here doing the work. They arrived on time and were just so friendly. We have a 2 year old toddler who has a specific nap schedule and unfortunately her crib blocks the air handler. They were able to work around her schedule so they could keep working outside and allow her to nap during her regular time. As a mom, that kind of flexibility is a huge blessing!! They were also so sweet to our daughter who was so intrigued by them! After running some diagnostics, Molly was able to take something off our estimate that wasn't necessary which was awesome. It's nice to know they don't do extra things just to make the company extra money. We even got a 3.2% discount for paying with a virtual check, every penny counts so we appreciate they do that. Before they even left our house we were starting to see the effects of the work they did and by the next day it was so clearly apparent! We had to turn our thermostat up a little because our system is cooling SO WELL!! We honestly had the BEST experience with EHC that we have ever had with a cooling company. They will absolutely be our go to company from now on and the only company we would ever recommend to anyone. Thank you Molly and Connor! You guys are so awesome!!

I had an awesome experience with JB Pride. Technician Colton Dyer was professional, knowledgeable and provided me with sound guidance in the steps to take to effectively repair a couple of electrical switches in my apartment. Dyer repaired and added a new ceiling electrical box and ceiling fan and the job looks phenomenal, I would definitely recommend this company to a friend or family member and if needed, i would not hesitate to contact them again.

I found JB Pride on Google and it was the best possible experience I could have had. They were able to dispatch a team the same day that I called, to look at the thermostat for my AC which had suddenly started to malfunction. The electricians who came were extremely knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose the problem right away and propose a solution and execute it. They were also very polite and professional. If I could rate them 10/10 stars I would. Fantastic experience.

The team at JB Pride were great for our outdoor light wiring issues with a new home we recently purchased. All the JB Pride staff that have worked in my house have been great - professional, friendly and hard working. James and David are very knowledgeable and I trust their advice. They do great work. They also provide excellent communication about scheduling and arrival times. Highly recommend!

We've used JB Pride on several occasions and find then to be excellent electricians. We recently moved into our first home, a fixer-upper dating back to 1910. JB Pride has been very helpful as we slowly make repairs. They do their work well, and have helped us prioritize the repairs we need, helping us to discern between what's needed now and what can wait a few years. I also find them very responsive and courteous as they complete their work inside our home. They will certainly remain our go-to when it comes to electrical work.

We recently purchased a new “older 1973” home with terrible lighting. JB Pride originally came out prior to closing to do a cursory inspection of the existing electrical system, and also gave us an estimate based on what we planned to do after closing. Once we closed and were ready for them to begin the work, they came out again to go over some changes we wanted to make to the original scope, and they quickly began the work the following week. We used JB Pride at our former house and were so comfortable with them that we did not bother to get any other quotes. They far exceeded our expectations, and made executive decisions to do things like adding two additional recessed lights to the living room based on their expertise which turned out perfect and way better than what I asked them to do. They did find some issues with work done by the prior owners that was not up to code, and they simply took care the the issues without haggling me over additional charges. Overall the experience was excellent and I would highly recommend them. They also had 0% financing available which turned out to be very beneficial. We told them we wanted to have pendent lights and under cabinet lighting after the cabinets are installed, and they decided to run those wires now to avoid additional costs when we are ready for that phase, so it should be pretty quick when we call them back after the kitchen is done.

JB Pride was quick to respond to my situation and was able to send a technician on the same day as my call and within 2 hours. My technician Tyler Carver was wonderful. He was able to repair the wires that had been torn off my home by a large tree in a Nor'easter quickly and professionally. He was pleasant and quick to smile even when he was working in miserable weather. Thank you again!!

Thomas and Luke just left, and I was so impressed with their work, how friendly and efficient they were, and how willing they were to explain and discuss what they were doing. Had them replace an outlet, a switch, and a light fixture and they did it all quickly and well. I will absolutely be in touch for any future electrical work!

We had thomas come by because our heating until was not working. He was able to figure out the issue and fix it within the 30 min window. He was easy going, respectful and kept us in the loop while he was going from our basement, up to our unit. Highly recommend EHC and Thomas as an electrician.

This was the second time we’ve hired JB Pride and again James was fantastic! He assessed all of the outlets we wanted to replace and some meter readings for a thermostat in our bathroom and gave us a really reasonable quote. He did an excellent job of explaining everything that he was going to do.

He took meticulous care in keeping his work area’s clean and tidy. He also took the time to take a look at our electrical panel to make sure everything in there looked good.

I moved into a new place at the height of summer and discovered that my AC wasn’t working. I contacted Presidential and they were very responsive, sending a tech over right away to diagnose my system. My 25+ year old condenser decided to retire permanently, so the Presidential team provided me with several options and explained the pros and cons of each. After installing the new condenser, I was still having some issues, and the owner came over personally to address some additional problems with my air handler. I was really pleased with the level of communication throughout the process, and am now enjoying a cool, comfortable environment at home! The Presidential techs and owner are straight forward, honest and do a great job following up. Highly recommended and will continue to do business with them!

Had a great experience with Presidential. HVAC tech came same day as request for service, quickly identified the issue with my unit and fixed it. He also took the time to educate me on the function of my central air system and how to care for it. Would recommend to anyone.

Great, quick, professional service on our AC unit. It broke down and they fixed it in an afternoon at a reasonable price. They explained what broke and walked me through the whole repair as well which I appreciated. Followed up later to make sure everything continued to work as expected.
