This company is HORRIBLE! Their service is awful. The man who answers the phone is absolutely rude and unwilling to help. I would not recommend using them. Definitely find another company!

Personally, I just don't feel as though they are very honest ppl. Pay close attention to ur oil tank levels and what they say they put in. Be cautious and make sure it adds up

Pros: I called on a Friday evening for emergency remediation for a leaking oil tank and they came out quickly to stabilize the situation.

Cons: Mike, a supervisor/owner, talked down to me on the phone after I asked for a current balance for the emergency response and a quote for tank replacement. He was very angry I that I DARE ASK such a question. He acted like I owed him the business and whatever he would charge me for it. Do not use this business.

Made an appointment for 9-12AM to fix the heat in my 75yo mothers apartment. At 11AM the technician calls from a spoofed number that comes up on my phone as SPAM RISK from Chicago Illinois and leaves a message cancelling the appointment — on the coldest day of the winter (12°). Wants to re-schedule for 3 days later.

The appointment was scheduled 24hrs in advance, then they cancel it at the last possible minute.

The number the technician called from doesn’t take incoming calls.
