Andy from Starlite Heating & Air Conditioning was prompt, professional, patient and clearly not interested in taking advantage of my ignorance of HVAC systems. I raised several questions and concerns about our A/C and heating system, and he was honest and gave me all the answers I was looking for.He took extra time to teach me several tips concerning long-term maintenance and upkeep of my systems.I will absolutely be using their services going forward and I highly recommend them without reservation.

Paul did an excellent job! He was courteous and polite. He explained what he was going to do after first asking if I was having any problems. He wore shoe protectors when entering our house. Great knowledge of my problem and expert service. Highly recommended!!

My central AC suddenly stops blowing cool air in the morning and the outside was 90 deg. I contacted multiple companies in the morning, none of them were available. JB Pride was the only company that was able to send someone the same day (about 4 hours after receiving my call). Two technicians came over to my place around noon, they were trying to diagnose the problem for a while around the unit and then move outside to check the compressor. After spending about an hour to diagnose, they couldn't find the problem. They said that the refrigerant may be low. However, neither do they have the device with them to check the refrigerant level nor do they have the license to refill if that turns out to be the problem. They had to schedule another visit the next day to send someone with the device and license. I paid them $250 that day for nothing. I was desperate by the results from their visit and decided to hire someone who can refill the refrigerant since I now know the problem. Luckily, I was able to find someone else to come over in the late afternoon. The minute they arrived, they identified the problem was a busted capacitor so they replaced the capacitor for me and everything was up and running.

The technicians from JB pride should be able to identify the problem and they should have all the necessary devices and license to complete the job on the same visit. I'd give them one star, however, consider the fact that they were able to come over the same day during the crazy heat waves, two stars.

EHC is always very responsive and professional. They keep you updated on timing of their arrival, are prompt, and keep you updated on progress of work as they complete it. Ruby was our technician. He was polite, professional, and efficient in his work.

Looking to rearrange some outlets and switches, I turned to JB Pride and was not disappointed. Colton and Thomas were incredibly professional, courteous, and managed to get everything done in a timely manner. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Colton Dyer from EHC was my assigned technician. He was very responsive, kept me informed about the arrival time. Inspected my panel, explained what the problem might be and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable and I had a wonderful interaction.

Great service. Very responsive. Able to schedule an appt the same day for an emergency situation - much more quickly than most other electricians. We were without electricity and one of the managers, Chris, went the extra mile after work hours to help walk us through procedures to get electricity up and running again. He was skilled, patient and generous with his time. I would recommend this service.

JB Pride is a customer professional oriented company. I called two companies and left two msgs and no return calls to this day which was just shy of 3 weeks ago. I also emailed 2 other companies, no replies from two and finally yesterday I heard from one 2 1/2 weeks later. I finally found JB Pride in google search and decided to give them a try and emailed them with the short cycling issue we were having with our gas heater. I received an email back from Kelly the next day with an appt scheduled if I choose the time. I did and their communications skills rock. I received emails and texts reminding me of appt and I received a text and picture of the Technician that was coming to our home. David Shearrion was our tech and he was so professional and informative with the issues of heater. I recommend JB Pride for their customer service, price, and prompt service. I found out from David that JB Pride also does plumbing, duct cleaning, painting and so much more. I can’t wait to use more of their services!!!

James was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the jobs we were having estimates done for. He had great attention to detail, was professional and left us feeling very at ease with all the honest information we were given. Pricing is very fair and we will be having JB Pride complete the jobs quoted.

EHC is excellent -- I recommend them 100% I previously had them out a few times to evaluate our HVAC system and provide a second opinion on several issues. Then, when I found myself without heat last week (in the middle of February!), they were the first people I turned to. They came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and worked fast to help me get back up and running. What I love about them: They are always on time. They know their stuff and are incredibly patient about explaining the work and answering all my questions. They are incredibly thoughtful about minimizing debris and cleaning up afterwards. And they do not overcharge (on more than one occasion, they've recommended against expensive work that another company probably would have tried to talk me into). Thank you to James, Molly, Scott, Tom, and Colton for being true pros and for helping us get heat back when we needed it!

Molly and Thomas were extremely helpful and friendly - they found the issue with my HVAC system quickly, helped me understand all my options, and provided the most cost effective solution. They were extremely thorough and professional, and fixed the issue literally that day. This has been a very positive experience, and I'd recommend them to anyone who's looking!

I had a major electrical problem in my home. Two previous electrician calls were made, each one worse than the other. Then my brother referred me to JB Pride. I can't say enough about this company. They came in, found the problem and fixed it beyond my expectations. Their professionalism is only surpassed by the skill of their employees. I have a major upgrade to add to my home that I have put off for 3 years because I needed to find someone good enough to take on the job. That issue is now resolved. JB Pride is preparing multiple options for a major job to be done this spring. I can't speak highly enough about this company or its employees. They are awesome and I would highly recommend them for anyone seeking electrical, plumbing or HVAC work for their home.

Very knowledgeable and professional. JB installed our Generac generator. It had been partially installed by a business that filed bankruptcy. I contacted JB, he came by, knew what had to be done and we got the permit today. There was still a lot of work that had to be done, and he did it. We received a detailed quote with what had to be done. They are very prompt, and we couldn't ask for a better job. They had to work with Generac to get the warranty transferred over. Had to get a plumber to hook it up. All done very neat and professional. And the best part, if you have an appointment with JB, you get multiple emails and texts confirming the appointment!! And they are prompt! How many times are appointments made and folks are either late, or don't show up! Not this outfit! Now that the unit is installed, JB will be our service provider not only for the generator, but any future electrical needs!!

JB Pride is a wonderful electrical service company. James came to my house in Somerville to apply anti-corrosive materials to my breaker boxes. He was able to schedule a same day appointment with me around my schedule. He was friendly, efficient, and very reasonably priced. He, and his apprentice, Chris did a great job and I could not be happier.
