I highly recommend Fire & Ice HVAC. Jon and Arthur are always pleasant to do business with. They are honest, prompt, explain what they are doing and leave the job site clean. I'm very pleased with the work that they have done for me.

Jon was excellent. I had a bad experience with the prior hvac company (who did not fix my problem). I am nurse in my 30’s who has minimal experience in this field. He really advocated for me as a new home owner. Jon was on time, responsive to my emails/calls, professional, and very knowledgeable. Not only did he fix my initial issue but he gave me great advice/recommendations for other home projects. Jon certainly seemed trustworthy and I’ve already passed along his name to my neighbors. I would definitely recommend!

Arty is always very quick to respond and come to the house if there’s a problem. Usually same day. I feel like they diagnosis things quickly and repair them with parts they often have in the truck. I trust his advice and judgement!

You don't usually get an HVAC team that is really good at what they do, AND has great customer service, AND is trustworthy, AND is reasonably priced. We've had Arthur and Jon come out several times over the years, and every single time it's been a great experience. And every single time they've managed to solve our problem.

Very expensive, awful communication, having a National Account means nothing. Its actually cheaper to call your local branch and put it under a different rental name. Ohhh, the delivery and pick charges are awful.

Needed a forklift to unload pallets from a 26-foot truck on short notice. Called at 730 a.m., and it was delivered by 11am. The equipment was in excellent condition and at a reasonable outside.

Excellent response time and professionalism. Highly recommend you don't waste time with anyone else!! Also very fair price.

We are in the middle of a basement renovation with lots of unexpected issues with moving utilities. We had to call these guys two times at the last minute in order for the rest of the project to move forward. Both times they came on a days notice and took care of the issue. Justin and his crew were very respectful clean and responsive. I highly recommend them

Never showed up for appointment made by daughter l guess in the middle of winter. Unprofessional. Unreliable. Do not use. Would not recommend. Not even a phone call knowing there was no heat at the house. My tenants were NOT happy. Luckily l found a company the next day. Just plain Irresponsible and Thoughtless. Definitely NOT recommend. Mom and pop shoddy business. Will disappoint

Found company online. Made appointment for one week out. Service man was punctual, worked pleasantly and efficiently. I caught a mistake on my bill, made inquiry and it was immediately corrected. I will use them for my HVAC check-up next year.

Eddie came and troubleshot our thermostat and HVAC system. Robert the owner stopped by and helped. They explained everything that they did and why the a/c wasn’t kicking on. They rewired my Ecobee smart thermostat by adding a common line so the A/C would work. They changed the contacts on the compressor too. Excellent, friendly service. I would recommend them to anyone!
