Seems like a relatively new location. It was a little tough to find first time around, being next to a one way that google didn’t recognize as such. Building seemed new, inside was a nice clean display room with big windows into the warehouse. Helpful staff that are prompt and didn’t take long to receive stock.

The guys at the counter were happy as a child on Christmas

Talked to James at the counter today in the afternoon. He said that the Mitsubishi circuit board we needed today wasn’t here. “But James”, we said. “You’re the only one who can keep this job on schedule. Please help us.” He looked us in the eye, and said “wait right here.” My man hops through the warehouse door. I’m on the edge of my seat. I think to myself “if he comes through, I’m gonna cry.”

Folks, I cried that afternoon.

(Jokes aside we got the circuit board, James is great. Thanks James. Today was clutch.)

I made an appointment of an arrival between 2&4pm. I never heard from anyone so at 3:55pm called the office to check in. They said the tech would be in touch immediately with an arrival time. Nothing still. At 4:15pm I called the office again, still nothing. At 4:30 the tech called and told me the office should have never Booked my appointment as he was too busy. He said he’d call the office and find out when he could be to me. He then followed up with a text to me stating his boss told him to cancel on me. It was now 4:35pm. I proceeded to call the office who then said they weren’t sure why the tech said that. That story turned into the tech had an emergency, which I knew wasn’t true as I talked to the tech who told me he was overbooked. Then it was told that they’d try to reschedule me for Friday morning as I explained I had gotten child care for this appt and Friday was when I could do so again. Radio silence. Never got another call. To say this company is not worth your time is an understatement, very unprofessional.
