I have to say that the owner could not be any more dedicated to his job. He went above and beyond his call of duty to help us put together this HVAC for our unit in the city.ADI Extremely knowledgeable and was able to help us save thousands of dollars with rebates that were available the system that he put in was a very small space and he made it happen. I’m extremely satisfied with the services that he provided. I’ve even recommended him to many of my neighbors and plan to do business with him again in the future thank you once again For all that you did to our project complete

Super helpful and responsive. Squeezed me in on a Friday afternoon even though they (and every other company I called) was fully booked until late the next week due to the first heat wave of the year. Very satisfied and grateful for their help!

I was desperate on a Sunday because I needed to replace a capacitor for my AC unit. I have an 89-year-old mother and it was 95 out. I called many places and they were all closed on Sunday. I got two people one said he wanted 400
Dollars to show up because you needed a license to get the part. Out of the blue I called Addi. He heard my story I drove to him and he gave me the part I needed for free. 40 minutes later my mother’s resting comfortably cool thanks to Addi. I will Always call Addi and presidential

Adi provided quick and efficient service to repair a broken sensor on my HVAC system, which had left my tenants without heat. He was also incredibly informative about post-care instructions, which I found very helpful. Thank you for the excellent service!

Adi is a fair and decent guy. He diagnosed the problem and fixed our AC unit quickly and efficiently - and charged a very fair price. Adi is a master electrician and computer engineer by trade, so he will absolutely diagnose your HVAC and not try to upsell you. Greatly appreciate his work!

Adi was super helpful in fixing a clogged drain in our HVAC unit. He was able to fit us in at the last minute and was professional, communicative, and efficient! We will definitely be using Presidential HVAC for future servicing.

I called Presidential on a Saturday morning before 9am and Adi arrived when he said he would a few hours later, diagnosed the issue causing my AC malfunction in minutes and had the part replaced and work completed shortly thereafter for a totally reasonable cost. He went above and beyond and reattached a portion of a broken gutter causing water runoff to seep into concrete after I mentioned indoor humidity issues (separate from the reason for my original service call). 10/10 would recommend!!

I can’t recommend Presidential HVAC enough! Adi came by on the hottest day of the year, squeezed me into his packed schedule, and got everything diagnosed, came back and fixed it—all on a Saturday morning. Not only is he incredibly smart and professional, but he’s also super communicative and takes the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right. Adi is just a great guy all around, and I’m extremely thankful for his help. If you’re in need of HVAC service, he’s the one to call. 10/10

This is my first time ever writing a review and I really wanted to share my experience.
Adi Rai of Presidential HVAC is the BEST!
I had a very old and complicated Central AC system and Adi went out of his way to retro fit and new system with my old one. It took a lot of time and effort to get my system working and he did it all during a major heatwave! He understood that I was on a tight budget and he really went the extra mile to make it work. This guy knows his business!
I can't say enough how much I appreciate his expertise and knowledge and now my system is working great.

After my central AC unit stopped blowing cold air, I initially went with a different HVAC company that charged a steep price just to clean the condenser - an expensive fix that didn’t even solve the issue. They then quoted another steep fee for a leak search and system recharge, which didn’t sit right with me. That’s when I decided to look elsewhere and found Presidential HVAC—and I’m so glad I did.

Even during the peak of summer, they were able to fit me in within just a few days. The technician arrived on time, worked efficiently, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and gave me useful maintenance tips along the way. I appreciated that he wasn’t trying to upsell me or push unnecessary services.

What really stood out was how fair and transparent the pricing was - by far the most reasonable I’ve seen in Boston. It’s clear that Presidential HVAC genuinely cares about their customers. They focus on fixing the problem and doing it right, not on squeezing every dollar out of the visit like so many others. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any HVAC needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, high-quality service.

My sister is an elderly respiratory pt who’s central AC unit stopped working on a recent 99 degree day in Boston. Despite his full schedule Adi added my sister to his end of day schedule to evaluate the issue. He was able to diagnose the issue right away, (clearly he has a lot of experience). Her issue required a revisit as her frozen unit required defrosting. Ari came back next day as promised and fixed the problem. I cannot say enough about how grateful we were to meet such an attentive, knowledgable and kind repairman. He did the job efficiently, expertly & at a reasonable cost. We would not hesitate to recommend Adi to future customers and I would encourage our friends & family to contact Presidential with any future needs.

Adi and his team did great work in replacing our condenser which was why the AC was not working. He’s very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Presidential HVAC.

I highly recommend Adi and Presidential HVAC. Adi works so hard and is genuinely interested in taking care of people. It is very difficult to find someone to do small repairs vs install a new system. Adi understands that. While he seems to work 70-hour weeks on those big jobs he still makes time to help those of us in desperate need during a heat wave. He is a whiz with Mitsubishi ACs and is also reasonably priced. I will be forever grateful for this good-hearted, hardworking guy!

Our AC broke in the middle of moving day (ugh) and our condo was 85 degrees. We called several places that couldn’t send someone on such short notice. Then we called Presidential. Adi picked up immediately and was at our place within 20 minutes. He identified the problem and fixed it ten minutes later. He was was very friendly and professional. We are so grateful for the excellent service!

Presidential HVAC were impeccably helpful today! As the nights go colder, we realized that our radiators were no longer turning on. After a quick and professional phone call, DJ and Adi were able to arrive within a few hours to help with my furnace. They diagnosed the issue, completed the repair efficiently, and then lingered for a few minutes to make sure that it really was fixed, which set my mind at ease. I highly recommend Presidential HVAC for any emergency heating needs, and I will surely call them again if needed. Five stars!!

I have found one of the best techs in Boston.
I called 2 companies and they couldn't fix the boiler. Presidential fixed my 20 year old boiler and I am very happy with it.
