Lowe’s duct cleaning is amazing. Our house was getting sick from allergies way too often then we wanted and a couple of our friends recommended them! I called and they were able to get me in within a week! Their all inclusive price is also very reasonable! We can already feel a difference in our home with 3 dogs!

My brand new gas dryer tool a long time to dry clothes. I knew the dryer vent ducts has not been clean for several years. I contacted Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning service and they came to my house right away. The service person Georgi was very professional. He called me in the morning and let me know the time he will be at my house and he was there right on time!

Georgi make sure the dryer was working property before he left my house. I did a load of laundry and all the clothes dried in half the time!

The service person was very respectful of my house. He took off his shoes and left it outside at the door before entering my home!

Jose with Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning did an awesome job cleaning my home air ducts. He went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. I really appreciated his willingness to make sure I was pleased with his work. Before the duct cleaning, our heater was shutting off continuously without reaching the set desired temperature on the thermostat, and has never reached 90 degrees. After the duct cleaning that was done by Jose, the thermostat now goes all the way up to 90 degrees. Wow! Our heater has not been able to reach this temperature for many years.

I will first start by saying Google reviews mean the world!! Before we select any company we always review Google to see what others have said! Lowe’s literally exceeded every expectation. Javier was our technician, he was punctual, professional and courteous. Javier kept me abreast of every aspect of the services he was performing, he was phenomenal. Javier was very thorough as he addressed every detail as we desired. I would highly recommend Lowe’s Air Duct company to anyone in need of thier services!!!

The Lowe's crew was great; very helpful in explaining what they were doing and showing pictures of dirty verses clean ducts. Also had the duct sealing treatment done. Fantastic product. My house in now heating all zones of the house properly. The sealing had an immediate effect. Highly recommend the procedure.

I needed a dryer vent cleaning. I was able to get a Saturday appointment and the technician came early and got the job done quickly. What I also liked about Lowe's is they charge a flat fee instead of by the distance of the dryer to the outside vent. The technician was a really nice guy. AND...I got a discount by paying cash! I definitely recommend them.

We had Luis Chavez clean our vents on Saturday & he did an outstanding job! He was very thorough & explained everything as he went. Made the process as easy as possible. He was very knowledgeable & courteous. He took his time to remove the vents without damage. We have had so many allergies in our new home until now! Having the vents all cleaned made a world of difference. We can all breathe so much better now that he cleaned it out. We were never able to get air conditioning upstairs on our second floor of our new house & now that he cleaned out all the blocked ducts air is moving freely. We are very satisfied with his service & would highly recommend this company to others. We will be using them anytime we have an issue with the HVAC or need a good cleaning.

I signed the contract after their visit (they sent it by e-mail after the site visit). The company was easy to schedule to do the work. Javier came to clean my Dryer vent and my AC vents. He called 25 minutes before arrival. He was punctual. He brought his vacuum unit into the hallway, making sure he place his tarps down first. He was very nice. Work was done in a timely manner. He found a hole in my dryer vent and repaired that. Definitely will be using them again in the future.

My experience with Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning was great...from start to finish. In early September, I needed air duct cleaning for my house and my elderly parents' house completed in the same day. The individual who answered my call to schedule the services was patient and very helpful in answering my questions and determining the time and best approach needed to complete the services for both houses in the same day. The technicians who performed the services were extraordinarily professional, personable, and helpful. The lead technician, Bellman, took time to explain his findings and the relevance of such findings. He also provided valuable advice for future maintenance. As I observed Bellman and Ernesto, it was evident that they were performing the services in a thorough and detailed manner to ensure a safe environment for both homes. I truly appreciate the assistance provided by Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning and highly recommend this company to others.

David and his colleague were wonderful! They arrived on time and were very professional and thorough and explained their steps along the way. While I was home during the entire 3 hr process I got to see the before & after which was quite impressive to say the least. David also made some valuable suggestions which we appreciate. If you want your Air ducts cleaned the right way and for the most part cheaper call them. They give you a price over the phone and no Bait& switch or double talk after. 100% Professional workers license to work in NJ to do the job right and clean up every step of the way. You are asked to inspect the finished work before paying no matter how long you take. PS, they do condominiums & higher building most others don’t or charge more over the Fourth Floor. All work done from inside your Apartment or home.

Unfortunately technician left the furnace humidifier unplugged and it led to a leak into the basement area around the furnace soaking the carpet approximate to the utility closet. It’s always frustrating to hire a service that leads to more work due to lack of attention to detail.
1/8/24 update: complained to Lowe’s about the issue and later received a call back from Constantine confirming and apologizing for the mistake made by the technician and offering a $200 refund. I suggested it was too soon to accept any compensation without knowing if everything was in working order. We spoke again today; systems appear to be in functioning normally, carpet has dried and Constantine refunded $200 + $45 for the cost of the wet dry vacuum purchased to clean up the water. Mistakes happen, but not everyone takes ownership and sincerely attempts to right the wrong; Constantine did and I am very grateful for his response.

I booked this service less than 24 hours ago, and could not be happier with the service and technician we recieved! I recieved an air duct cleaning for 2 systems today by technician, Jhordan. He was not only very kind, and professional, but also very knowledgeable and patient. I found this company through an online search and of course was skeptical at first with using a new company but upon finishing they have exceeded my expectations, which my husband would agree is hard to do…haha! Well done Lowe’s, I hope you treat your technicians very well, they deserve it!! We referred Jhordan to another customer, and will be back in 4-5 years for another cleaning!!

Had some ducts cleaned at a reasonable price. Jhordan completed the work quickly and was thorough, and he also pointed out an issue with our furnace that would not have been addressed if it were not for him. We are VERY grateful for that and happy with the overall service!
