Tried these guys a few years ago for a dishwasher repair. They came out a bunch of times and replaced a bunch of parts but couldn't fix it. Thought I'd try again a few weeks ago with a bad washing machine.

I called and told the person what the error code was. They said they'd call back to confirm preordering the needed part. They didn't call me. The technician comes out and doesn't open the machine. He just tries to run a cycle to confirm if they got the error code which they did. Then he left. Says he needs to order a part. I had to call again to understand the part that was ordered and how much it would cost as well as get the next service scheduled. They come out again and finally open the unit to discover there was a hole in another part. When I asked the tech why he didn't open it up the first time to see what part he said "because I didn't." Not sure how I should respond to that. Luckily they had the part and the guy came back the next day to fix this but if he had done his job and opened the unit up on the service call, we would have saved a week worth of downtime and aggravation.

At this point with multiple techs and issues over multiple years, we aren't going back.

These folks always make an unpleasant experience with a broken appliance pain free. Quick, efficient and they don’t rip you off either! From Renee’ in the office to the technician Vinny very polite and explained everything going on step by step. I would recommend them to anyone with electricity!!

My wife and I had an issue with our dishwasher - although we didn’t end up getting it repaired, Renee was super helpful and very nice. They are honest and transparent about cost. The next time we have an appliance issue, they will be the first place we will call.

Vinny came promptly at the appointed time and diagnosed my problem. A replacement part was ordered and installed within 2 days at a time of my convenience. Grade-A Heating & Air Conditioning cleaned our two gas fireplaces and our boiler today. Fred was very professional. He kept everything clean and did a thorough job of cleaning the glass, vacuuming and checking for gas leakage. He cleaned and checked everything about the boiler too. I would definitely use this company again!

Our air conditioner wasn’t working. The technician from Grade-A Heating & Air Conditioning came out in a timely manner and looked at it. Fred was very professional and courteous. He gave us options without any high pressure. We made the decision to have the air conditioner replaced. He went out of his way to find us the best deal. They then came out and replaced it in a timely manner.We highly recommend them.

Researched several local companies to do a dryer vent cleaning as we noticed significant issues drying clothes the last few months. We had never gotten the dryer vents cleaned before and not sure if previous owners ever did. Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning showed up within the time slot and worked quickly. I was shown how much lint and debris was being removed. Highly recommended for the quick service and how this can improve dryer times and prevent fires.

The two technicians did their job, and I think they did it well. They were helpful and left the house clean. What I'm disappointed with is the lack of a coherent report. A company I used before to clean the dryer vent gave me a well-put together report with before and after pictures, along with before and after flow measurements on the dryer vent exit. After asking, Lowes attached photos to my receipt, dryer vent mixed up with air ducts, and I had to ask again for clarity on which were of the dryer vent and which of the air ducts. Finally, after receiving them again in 2 lots, my conclusion is that the air ducts didn't need cleaning in the first place. All pictures showed perfectly clean air ducts.

This was the second time we used Lowe’s Air Duct Cleaning and we will continue to have them in the future. We have a gas dryer that vents through our roof. 2 technicians cleaned from the dryer and then went on roof and cleaned down with vacuum/blower. They cleaned up area all in about one hour. They called and confirmed they were on the way, which I appreciated. Highly recommend them for any duct cleaning

Oswaldo Yanes was an absolute delight to work with. His attitude was superb. He explained exactly how he was going to clean my vents, showed me the before and after pictures of the vents. He even repaired a vent that was falling off my basement ceiling.
He was not in a hurry, was kind, relatable and did a phenomenal job.
Would highly recommend this company. You won’t be disappointed!
