Excellent company! I called in the morning for emergency service for a clogged kitchen sink and they sent a technician to fix it 2 hours later. Robert the drain tech got the water flowing in under an hour.

I have been using G&L Plumbing past 3 years and the quality has gone down drastically . Mid December 2018 i had an issue with water leakage i called G&L PLUMBING (Boylston, MA) for the service. The guy was on time and after checking he said i need to replace the old faucet with new one. I asked him the cost of parts and installation charges, he said approx $350 , i asked him if its possible to get less expensive part but he insisted on the quality and said the price is fair. I said ok and he brought the part and started installing it, when i was inspecting the part it seems little off to me so i asked him question , he started to get irritated and was answering rudely .After he finished installation he hands me a bill of $525 , i was shocked and asked him how did the price increased so much , he said the part he got is expensive , i told him i should have been informed first if the price is changing so much and this is not fair and asked me to talk to their payment dept. I called them and i explained everything to her, instead of being polite she was so very rude and said i will have to pay the amount and was not ready to listen to me. Then she suggested to uninstall it but then i have to pay for labour .
My complain is the installation guy was not honest and was rude. I have the right to know if the price is going to change so much and if i have question i need to get answer so i have no doubt left. And the lady on phone was also very rude and must be polite when talking to customer. i will never recommend G&L PLUMBING (Boylston, MA) to anyone.

The only company I would use for a clog. The best in the business. Descent prices and know what they’re doing. Prompt and reliable. Scott was great very knowledgeable

My experience with G&L over many years, weather it be new construction work, or renovation work, or maintenance and repair work, the service and the outcomes have been very good, and consistent.

I don't usually write reviews, but Tim was just here and did an awesome job. Unclogged my toilet quickly and was super friendly! Dee was great when I called to. I will use them again when needed!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Set up an appointment, they did not show and no phone call. Called back, they told me they would be there first thing the next morning, arrived half-hour late only to say the job was "too big" and would need to come back in the afternoon, which they never did. Called the office and they suggested I call another plumber! Wow, top-notch customer service. Way to go, G&L !!!

I'm the owner of a commercial property in Littleton. The tenant has a clogged drain within a lab on a Friday afternoon. They needed immediate attention which G&L provided. I was very impressed!

Called to get a quote, had my tenant schedule with them a few days after that - they were here next day, did what they said in the timeframe they said for the price they said. Will call instead of rotorooter next time.

Was initially sent here by a few friends on Facebook. I’m glad I didn’t read the previous reviews before hiring them, I might not have. Not sure if they have changed since those were written, but in my recent experience both their office and technicians were great.

Plumbers were on time, professional and completed the job in a timely manner. They explained the work performed on a service report.

Boiler repairs were completed promptly and thoroughly.

They came to install our new water heat tank in this june. Everything was fine until now. We found that the tank had water leaking from one of the pipes from top. The water damaged our basement floor and we could not stop it. Called many times to the company, either got no response or some sort of reasons sounds like they don’t want to send their people to fix it. We were very frustrated with the way they dealt with the issue, even if it was clearly the defect caused by installation. We eventually called another plumber in town who came to fix it within 30min. Of course, it caused us lots of money. But fortunately the problem was solved and we could do showering.
Overall, we experienced with this company a unprofessional service and unacceptable response to our issues. I hope this would be helpful if people choose to use their service. We don’t recommend this company.

We had a clog 100 ft down on our main sewer line. Shawn, Harry, and the team from G and L Plumbing came out within the hour. Unclogged the drain and eliminated major damage and flooding. They do an outstanding job and can’t thank them enough!

Very prompt and thorough. I needed a pipe to my outside faucet replaced. The faucet had always been too close to the siding. They made sure the pipe extended far enough out so the faucet was easier to turn.

We have used G&L Plumbing for all our residential and commercial properties for many years. Their plumbers are always topnotch extremely knowledgeable and courteous and the front office team's customer service approach is second to none. If your looking for reliable professional service these are the folks you want we'd never use anyone else!

One of the worst experiences unfortunately. Be careful and ask clearly how much you will pay for the visit before it.
I had a visit to look at ceiling stain. The guy came and I almost showed him what could be all possible reasons. He was a nice guy, spent about an hour, suggested one of the reasons, but we did not reach final conclusion what is the problem. Just watch and see if it gets bigger. No plumbing work at all.

I got charged $220 for that! They charged me extra half an hour because travel time two-way!! Should I pay travel time for 15 minutes distance?

The big issue, I called the office to discuss the bill, while a guy talked to me in a very bad way and I was not even able to continue the call because of his rude way of talking. I am even trying very politely to tell him that I am your customer but he kept talking in a bad way.
