Had a great experience with John S from G & L. What a nice guy! Got the work done quickly and was super helpful. As a new-ish homeowner without a go-to it was nerve wracking reaching out to a company blindly but I will definitely be using them for all my future needs.

Our water heater started leaking in our basement at around 2am. We called G&L, one of their techs called us right back told us to turn off the water and that they'd reach out in the morning. They called us early the next morning and came and replaced our water heater. They are absolutely the best to work with! We highly recommend G&L!

Can’t speak to the quality of their work, but I am posting this to warn prospective customers ASK WHAT IT WILL COST FOR A SITE VISIT. $310 for a guy to come out and basically tell me he Couldn’t help me. Literally, true story. This company can try to respond and deny it but it’s the truth. I’m in the wrong line of work to be able to just charge someone $300 to say they can’t help.

G and L did a great job taking care of a blocked pipe in my home. It was causing slow drainage to half of the appliances due to how far the blockage was in the system. The plumber that did the work explained everything well and was able to get the issue resolved quickly.
Additionally he verified the fix thoroughly before wrapping up. Definitely recommend these folks especially for help dealing with a tricky issue.

This company is reliable and reasonably priced. Always very accessible to contact. They were great on time as well. Especially when we were installing a new kitchen which is very stressful they made it so easy. Such a great company to work with.

I have been working with a lot of plumbing companies, G & L Plumbing has the worst customer service ever. I called them to follow up on the service and their representative raised her voice and was unnecessarily rude during the conversation. A really frustrating experience, especially when all she needed was a simple transfer to the plumber.

This company has gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Our hot water heater at my salon broke and they traveled over 2 hours to pick this up and install it for us so we didn’t have to close. They were courteous, prompt and clean. I also have G&L plumbing servicing my home! This is a company you can trust completely! Highly recommended them!!

I have used G & L Plumbing for close to 30 years. Initially, I started using them in the mid 90s, in a commercial business, a 200 room hotel. They were always ultra reliable, knowledgeable, and all their guys were polite and very good at what they did. A aging hotel has a lot of issues, and they were able to do it all, from minor and major repairs, drain cleaning, as well as working closely with us on our major renovations, which required many updates, and new installations.
The current owner was one of the servicemen who I worked closely with at the hotel. He has grown the business into what it is today, and kept up those high standards of quality professional work, and reliability, at a reasonable price that the original owners built the business on.
I am no longer in the hotel business, but still use G & L for any personal plumbing needs I have, and would never go elsewhere.

Their service was excellent, professional and timely. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the problem and fixed the issue immediately. I would highly recommend G&L Plumbing Inc.!

Called G&L twice. Once for an emergency water heater replacement and once for a some minor kitchen and bathroom work. Both times were great. From the time of the call to the time of the new water heater being up and running was only five hours. Very satisfied. Would call them again.

Totally awesome people and service. They arrived earlier than anticipated a plus. AND had the repair done so timely. Ryan was awesome as always. I am forever in their debt. Love this company
