Constraction reviews in Braintree, Massachusetts

Fair market value for work done. Workers came early and worked hard to get job done in 2 days. Excellent craftsmanship. Very pleasant people.

I had a very small job that needed to be completed with short notice due to a home insurance issue. The owner did everything that she could to help. She even offered to come out on a Sunday. Her team came out and took care of my problem so incredibly fast with honest pricing. I will certainly use them again in the future when I need them

Met with Maisa to repair fascia and supporting boards in back of house that had rooted. They replaced and repaired everything quickly. I was kept aware of the process as they were working, on 3 different occasions, and understood exactly what they were doing. Despite a few adjustments on the project, all went smoothly. I will be hiring them again in the spring to repair and paint the trim on my house and power wash it. The price was more than fair and Maisa , her husband and the crew were great.

I highly recommend Ramos Construction. Their team of skilled workers can handle any size job. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is truly impressive. Five stars isn't enough- I'd give them ten if I could!

Would highly recommend Ramos construction! Had floors refinished - came out beautiful! Worked with other construction companies in the past, but going forward will only use Ramos. Maisa worked to make it a seamless experience.

Responded same day to my email for a storm door install, scheduled the install for two days later and they even picked up the door for me. Responsive to my comments during install and we are very happy with result.

My experience with Ramos Construction company has been exceptional. I am impress with the overall customer service they provided from the moment I contacted them till the end of the project. I am also very grateful for the flexibility, empathy and professionalism they provided to me for my unique project!!! Book Ramos Constructions for your next project and you won’t be disappointed. They are also very skilled at their craft, I am extremely satisfied with the end result of my project.

Great experience with Ramos construction. Maisa and her team were responsive and quick to start work on my project, consisting of building an 8ft x 8ft side patio/deck with stairs incorporated. They also referred me to a partner of theirs for installation of about 25ft of chainlink fence which went well. Very satisfied and would recommend to others.

Professional, high-quality service, punctual and reasonably priced. Exterior insulation, painting and patchwork; quality finishing. Highly recommend!

Had work done to clean and repair our patio. The work was done very efficiently and professionally. I believe the gentleman’s name was Eudes who did the work and cared about the job he did. We’re very appreciative of everything and glad we found Ramos Construction.

I’m extremely happy with the results of my deck renovation. The work was done with great attention to detail, completed on time, and the communication throughout the project was excellent. The deck looks brand new — treated wood, flawless finish, and great value for the money. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for quality and professionalism!

I fractured ankle this summer and urgently needed help unloading my vehicle! When I called their office, a woman answered who was unhesitatingly willing to go the extra mile and do whatever it took to make it happen! When the men showed up to my rescue, they handled my belongings gently and were also super polite! FYI-I would highly recommend using this company for any of your daily tasks which you need a hand with! Thanks so much for everything!

We had a wonderful experience with Ramos Construction. We interviewed three different companies to complete a full deck renovation on our 140 year old historic home. Maisa and the team did tremendous work including praise from our town inspector on thier craftsmanship and quality. Communication was great and job excellent. Highly recommend.

It is a pleasure to give my strongest recommendation for the work Ramos Construction did at my house. Removing the decking of the balcony and replacing with new plastic material was the project. Maisa was prompt, professional, exceptionally helpful in explaining the different options and guided us to the best decisions.
Not only was the price she gave me, 30 percent lower than the other bids, but she also said they could do the job … tomorrow morning. Can you believe it!?!
Her husband John and another worker arrived at 7:30 the next morning and completed the job before noon.
The deck looks great, I am completely content that the job is complete easily and trouble free. It is gratifying to know I now have someone trustworthy to call for all future projects.

I recently hired Ramos Construction for a shower remodel, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding.

What really impressed me was their pricing. After getting multiple quotes, Ramos Construction offered the best rates by far, without compromising on quality. If you’re looking for top-notch service at a fair price, I highly recommend Ramos Construction for any home renovation projects. They exceeded all my expectations!

We had to replace a section of our hardwood flooring. Ramos did an excellent job. They were prompt with a quote and stuck to the schedule. They were particular in cleaning up after the job. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely fantastic work. Maisa is amazing and very professional. Highly recommend.

This construction company is top notch. I called in a huge bind regarding my property and needing help with proper permits, etc. Maeisa was empathetic, patient, and effective in not only meeting my deadline but driving to the town hall and advocating on my behalf. She got all the work and permits completed ON TIME and their work is excellent. Look no further!

I live in CT and was looking for a contractor to hang a door for my son in Cohasset. He broke his arm and needed assistance. I hired Ramos Construction because of the excellent reviews and the friendly manner of Maisa when I called.
The work was done on time and the workmanship was outstanding. My son, who is hard to please, loved everything about it.
Thank you.

Ramos construction was a pleasure to work with. They hung Christmas lights on our new home as I didn’t feel comfortable getting on a ladder for the second story. A pretty simple job but they arrived early to assess the job and made sure we were on the same page before starting. They checked in along the way to make sure it was completed to our liking. They were responsive, polite and reasonably priced. Will use again!

If you want polite hard working people to do your project to your satisfaction, call Ramos Construction. They are very reasonably priced. They replaced our deck and stairs in one week. It's beautiful!
