I have been in construction business as a designer’s capacity for a long time. Maisa is a true professional. Not only does she know her trade but she is efficient, communicates extremely well, and super friendly.
I had to reach out to her late on a Saturday night and she was available to talk. Her clients are in good hands!

I contacted Ramos construction and spoke to Maiesa regarding.an interior renovation and reconstruction of back patio and Deck. She and her crew were professional and did quality work from start to finish. The contract was fair and reasonable. I would give them a 10 if possible. Thank you Maiesa and Ramos construction. This company was AMAZING from start to finish. We contacted them when we were in a nightmare situation with another builder who had done everything wrong and refused to finish the project correctly. Maisa wasn’t scared away by the mess and came in to fix all the issues and finish the project beautifully. She was easy to communicate with and always solved any issues that arose. Everyone that worked with her was wonderful. We can’t thank Ramos Construction enough. Highly recommend them! Will update with more photos soon, but the project included framing for an addition, windows, a new bathroom with tiled shower, roofing, a deck, French doors, painting, insulation, walls and ceiling, etc.

Ramos did an excellent job of fixing siding that was falling off my house, broken soffit, as well as painting the exterior porch and beams. They were very quick and finished everything in under 4 hours. They went out of their way to fix other areas of the exterior that we didn’t discuss for no additional price. Highly recommend!

Craig was very helpful, informative and understanding when we were in a pinch by supplying us with fire extinguishers.

They were very helpful with a gas issue we were having at our place . Knowledge in plumbing and electrical as well as fire protection systems. They returned my emergency phone call within 20 minutes we were happy and have switched our service over to Island Fire
