Mike at Ecco Air was knocked it out of the park. Timely response, very competitive pricing,and a quick and smooth install. Very happy with the new Bosch High Efficiency unit and the wife loves the smart thermostat. Five star across the board.

Working with Ecco Air Solutions has been great. They are easy to schedule with. Very responsive and professional and also provide fair rates. They provide detailed diagnostic reports during inspections so you know exactly what is going on with the system. 10/10 would recommend.

Our air conditioning stopped working today during the 87 degree day, and Ecco Air Solutions came right out and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently! Highly recommend Ecco Air Solutions. I was having trouble with my furnace. After speaking with these guys I was given a few suggestions of things I could do on my own to possibly get my system up and running because it was cold out. In the end I needed a service call and Mike and Dan were out first thing in the morning. They had my system running in no time and at a very reasonable price. A+ work with this company.

Not only was their proposal significantly lower than the other 3 quotes we received. They showed up on time, were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and didn’t miss a beat during the coldest time of year.

They were able to install 3 split units as well as a full ducted system for my 2nd floor in less than a week. Even when we had a manufacturing defect in the new condenser, Eco Air took the reins, got it replaced (rather than repaired) within 2 days.

I can’t say enough good things about this crew. Anyone would be crazy not to use them, especially if you’re local.

Don’t waste your time with the large companies like I did. Eco Air is best source for quality HVAC work.

Although I didn't hire Ecco, Mike was extremely helpful in helping me self diagnose and repair my outside A/C unit. Our fans were blowing but the compressor wasn't running. Turned out to be a simple $15 fix and the house cooled off within minutes afterwards. Would not hesitate to do business with these guys!

Mike and his team are amazing! We needed our A/C unit serviced and they were professional and timely and got it up and running in no time. I also really appreciated that they recommended I do certain things on my own such as replace the filter in the unit to save money. I had another issue about a month later that I called Mike about and he walked me through a solution over the phone that resolved the problem. Overall just wonderful people and amazing service. Ecco Air Solutions installed a 24K BTU ductless AC/Heat pump on the first level of my home. The unit works great. Mike was responsive, answered all my questions, and helped my properly size the unit. The installation looks great on the inside and on the outside of the house. They worked efficiently and left the work areas clean. They went over the proper operation of the unit as well. Would 100% recommend.

I had a great experience with the Ecco Air team when my furnace suddenly stopped blowing hot air. They were very responsive with scheduling our appointment (able to come the next morning!), arrived on time, and worked quickly/efficiently. They figured out the problem, were helpful and patient with explanations, and had the replacement part available to fix the furnace right away (and even did some maintenance as part of the repair!). I appreciated how they were upfront with pricing, and they were transparent/honest— telling me about a part that was aging but did not need to be replaced right away. They were even able to fit in maintenance service for the AC to prep for summertime and also install a new programmable thermostat that I’d been wanting. Highly recommend and will call them for future HVAC needs!

We called Ecco Air Solutions when our thermostat suddenly stopped working. Mike arrived within a couple hours even though it was a Wednesday evening, and he resolved the issue quickly. We were relieved we would not have to go without heat on a cold night. Would definitely recommend!

I am extremely pleased that I contacted Mike D. at Ecco Air Solutions.
Mike and his crew came to my home on 5/21/24 Tuesday, and diagnosed that my central a/c was in need of a new condenser as well as the overall system with airflow air pressures.

He explained the problems I was having and offered me solutions. Today 5/23, he arrived at 11am and completed the job at 12:30p.

All of his associates were respectful, and gentle with rescue dog.

I am giving them 5 stars, highly recommend to anyone.

I cant say enough about Mike and ECCO Air Solutions. I sent Mike an email on a Sunday he responded same day. I scheduled a consult for Wednesday and had a quote later that week. We spoke briefly and he was able to answer all my questions. The deposit was made and two days later my mini split was installed. The work was great. I really appreciated coming home to no mess, no boxes and no headaches. Still to this day I have yet to meet Mike personally. All this was done over the phone, text or email. We couldnt be anymore delighted with the experience

Great company I can't say enough about ECCO Air Solutions. I called Mike on Sunday morning. I told him I just moved to a new home in Hingham and was concerned about my heat and air system and wasn't sure if it needed to be replaced. He came out Monday at lunch time with his partner Danny. They checked out my heating, ac, condenser, and hot water heater. After they went over the whole system they told me that I could have 5 to 7 years left on my systems and to get ac serviced next summer. These guys are truly honest and very knowledgeable and could have taken advantage of me and sold me a new system. They are the real deal as far as I am concerned. I will be calling them next summer for service and anything needed in the future. I will recommend ECCO Air Solutions to all my friends that are looking for service. Such a perfect experience.
