Ecco Air Solutions solved a complicated problem that I had with my 7+ year old floor type air conditioner inverter. Mike was able to get me a brand new unit under warranty and he and Danny installed it right away. Great communication throughout the process, honest, knowledgeable, professional and personable. I am grateful to know them and will continue to use them for all my heating and cooling needs.

Last week, I gave another company a shot because a good friend recommended. The other contractor told me the system needed replacing & tons of work. I called Mike and his crew for a second opinion - they had my HVAC system up and running AND replaced my filter within 2 hours of my phone call. Can’t ask for better service!

We turned on our AC for the first time this year and it ran but was not cooling down the house at all, Ecco came recommended by a couple friends and they came out the very next day! So nice and knowledgeable! They took the time to check what was going on with our AC System, made a fix and it started blowing colder almost immediately and also let us know if it happens again what the next step would be before having to replace the entire unit. It was refreshing having someone come and fix the problem before just telling you it needs to be replaced. I can’t recommend them more! 10/10 experience!

Within a minute, I had a positive response and in under 3 hours, the repair was resolved. The professionalism and accuracy of the repairman, when figuring out the problem, is excellent. These guys are the absolute best! We’ve been dealing with a faulty furnace for a few years and any time we’ve had an issue, flame sensor, pressure switch, whatever it is..:They always respond right away and they’ll usually offer to come out the next day or within a day or two. Always had an old experience with these guys. When we first discovered our upstairs unit wasn’t heating, we made the mistake of having some rando “HVAC Tech” on Thumbtadk who took our money and left us without heat. Immediately after we discovered Ecco Air Solutions and we’ll never call anyone else for our HVAC needs. From simple repairs to whole home service upgrades these guys are hands down the best: I can’t say enough good things about them. Just really grateful for these guys. These guys came within 30 minutes of my phone call and had my heating issue within 30 minutes. Very easy to work with, reasonably priced and very professional!

Mike and his team are amazing!! They’re very knowledgeable and personable. I called on Thursday when my old system stopped working, Mike got me a quote later on in the day and had everything installed by Tuesday. Mike was very conscientious; he was vacuuming up in places him and his team were walking through. He beat 3 other places I had received quotes from and offered suggestions on which system to get based on my living conditions. Highly highly recommend!!

As a first time homeowner, replacing my 25+ year-old heat pump in my condo felt overwhelming. Mike made the entire process stress free! He walked me through each step clearly, explained everything thoroughly, and was incredibly patient while I worked on getting the condo board approval. My Wife and I just recently bought a 5 Ton Central Air System to replace our 23 year old 3 Ton unit that decided it had enough from Ecco Air Solutions! These guys make up a great team! Very professional in their work and a great attention to detail! They helped me out with my old unit the best they could to no avail! They set me up with a new 5 Ton Bosch 20 2.0 Seer. What a unit! The fans are variable speed on both the heat pump and the blower depending on the demand which makes it a very efficient system! It’s also easy on the electrical draw when it starts due to the ramp up the unit has. Very satisfied with the product and Ecco Air Solutions. They provided great customer service and installation turn around! Mike and Daryl were always ready to answer any questions I had even after hours! Can’t go wrong with Ecco Air Solutions! I wish them the best in their future endeavors!

Daryl and his team were outstanding . I called on a Saturday and they came right over and quoted me a new furnace . They came within days and were very professional . They cleaned up after themselves and answered many of my questions . I highly recommend them, the price was very fair !
