I have been using Atlantic Pratt since I moved to Weymouth. The service I have received from them has always been exceptional...even when they had to come out for an emergency oil burner visit on New Year's Day! I recently called them for my central air and asked for a service that was well beyond what my unit needed. They immediately removed charges for a "full maintenance call" and only charged me for the service provided. How's that for honesty? In addition, the woman who actually answers the phone is kind, courteous and helpful. She is the epitome of what customer service is all about.

I recently reach out to Atlantic Pratt oil regarding their delivery services and price, especially (for me) in light of significant order I was considering a loyal customer. Unfortunately, my experience with their service has been quite disappointing.
I called four times to inquire about the reason behind their pricing, which I found to be considerably high than that of other competitors in the market. During all my calls, I was assure that the owner would call me back to discuss my concern, but I never received that call. This lack of follow through added to my frustration, leaving my question unanswered.
Additionally, the pricing for the services offered seemed excessively high, particularly given my status as a loyal customer. I expected more transparency and support, especially for me what I consider dealing with a large order.
Over all I had a great work relations with this company, but lately my experience with Atlantic Pratt oil Company services has been unsatisfactory and disappointing. The lack of communication and clarity regarding pricing has led me to reconsider my future business with them. I hope they can improve their customer service and responsiveness, as it is critical to retaining loyal customers. Until then, I am inclined to explore other option.

For over a decade the crew at Atlantic Pratt have provided us with phenomenal service. Whenever we need something, they are on it! We highly recommend Atlantic Pratt for oil & service. A family owned and customer centric company that keeps us coming back, year after year.

We had a old oil tank in the cellar that was leaking oil in our 1920's Quincy house. Joe at Atlantic Pratt came days after I called and he and his crew removed the old tank. Due to the age of the house and the narrow steps, they had to cut the tank in half to remove it. They then installed a new, smaller tank that was best for our situation. This was all done in one day! The next day we received our oil delivery (kind of a high rate, hence the 4 stars) but we are so happy with the attentiveness Joe gave us and the quick response!

Williams Energy installed a Mitsubishi heating/cooling unit in our home in October 2017. At the time, we were told we were now part of the Williams Energy family. Since then we have called on two separate occasions for plumbing work. The almost immediate response to schedule service is impeccable. The plumber we've had come out twice in a two-month span was top notch with great customer service skills. We will continue to use Williams every time we need a service they provide and will strongly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I've been with Williams for about 10 years now. Their service can't be beat! Fair pricing, budget payments available, reasonable service contracts. On the occasion you may need them, they are extremely responsive. From the office personnel to the service technicians, they have top notch customer service.

Our heat was back within an hour of calling Williams. A very nice technician: friendly and efficient. We’re very thankful to have our heat back so quickly!

I have only been with Williams for a very short amount of time. But, in that time the staff I have interacted with have been amazing. It is comforting to know they care about the company and customers and take the time to explain things out in detail. I highly recommend Williams Energy to anyone looking. I had issues with my burner and I called the morning of the issues, within 2 1/2 hours a technician was at my door and fixed the problem.

Williams Energy installed a high efficiency boiler with multiple zones in my house November 2018. They were great from the sales to installation process. There were mistakes made during installation but they arrived the same day sometimes on weekends to quickly correct. Anything I had an issue they would send someone out that day/night. I was very happy to go with them based on the user community reviews. Most importantly they stand benhind their work!

I’ve utilized there other services, e.g. plumbing services and they have been great.

We hired Williams Energy to "de-winterize" our seaside summer home. I cannot rave enough about the excellent service provided prior to and after the service, as well as the professionalism and skill of the technician who performed the work for us. Service included re-firing the heating system, restoring water supply, and returning to service the dishwasher, washing machine and the refrigerator ice maker. We will absolutely contact Williams Energy again for ANY heating, plumbing or AC needs at our family home. Thank you Williams and crew for making the experience so wonderful :)

My a/c unit was leaking inside the cubby it lives in in my living room wall. I called Williams on a Sunday of a heat wave and they were able to come within 3 days. I thought for sure I'd have to wait a week or more since it wasn't an emergency. I received a call 30 min ahead of time that my repair technician was on the way. Josh showed up right on time. He did the work quickly, efficiently and was friendly. He told me what work he was doing and what parts he replaced. I appreciated the transparency. He also told me what to do to try to avoid a leak happening again in the future. Would definitely recommend and use them again! Thank you!

Williams - specifically Maryellen - have been amazing since day one of my moving into my new house. They have been able to facilitate and arrange for plumbers, oil tune up, oil supply, and even make sure electricians are able to stop by and complete the repairs on This Old House that I've acquired. Without them, I would be losing so much time tracking down help and chasing for follow-ups. Williams has been essential to my start in this home, and I could not have asked for a better team to have my back.

Simply the best!! I first used Williams Energy to address an inadequate HVAC distribution issue in our daughters' townhouse style condo. Gavin meet with me and quickly understood the issue, confirmed the strategy I had suggested and provided a quote. They arrived on time as scheduled, completed the project properly and followed up to ensure proper operation and satisfaction. WOW, what company today does that. Well, a company founded in 1919 must be doing something right.

Since our initial experience was outstanding, we hired them to assist with two bath renovations in our condo. Same quality service, clean, on-time, professional and terrific follow-up. The primary plumbing team with Don in the lead, Trevor and Chad combined to make it a seamless project that moved according to schedule and on budget. The secondary team of Mike and Riley stepped in to keep to the schedule while Don's team was completing another project. Many thanks to the ENTIRE Williams team; from Gavin down to Kathy, Don, Trevor, Chad, Mike and Riley.

My experience thus far with Williams has been pretty good, but what I went through just now was rude and unwarranted.

Yesterday, we made a call to place an oil delivery after I noticed the tank had fallen under 1/4. No sign of delivery since then, and since we have a baby in the house, I called to inquire when the delivery would be as we didn't want to lose our primary heating source before the delivery. The woman I spoke to over the phone sounded incredibly annoyed while informing me that will-call deliveries require a 48-hour notice which I was unaware of since last time they delivered the very next morning.

Other than this particular woman, everyone else I have interacted with have been wonderful.

We hired Williams Energy for a VERY small plumbing job which in my mind is the measure of customer service. True to their reputation they exceeded my very high standards. Their guys Bruce and Josh showed up exactly on time, were, polite, fast, and were great with both our cat and our dog. They worked clean, cleaned up after themselves, used quality materials, and did what looks like a bullet proof job. Cant say thank you enough to the whole team at Williams Energy!

We searched for several years for a reliable, professional HVAC company with no success. This past summer we found Williams Energy and could not be happier. They are quick to respond and know what they’re doing. Their office staff, sales staff and technicians are all great to work with.

Williams Energy recently installed a new Ruud forced hot air furnace in my home. The installers did an outstanding job and left the job site spotless when they were done. I've been doing business with Williams for over 40 years and they have never disappointed. I highly recommend their services.

Have been using Williams for about a year and they are great to work with. Prompt service calls, great personable technicians, and most importantly good quality work and advice. Donnie does our plumbing,- he is the best, and Marcel always works on our heating- both very dependable, knowledgeable guys. I have been very happy with them.
