I am very happy with the service I got I live in Attleboro and needed help with my toilet. He was very professional and fixed my clogged toilet. I had a lot of questions and he answered them very well. I would definitely recommend his services if anyone is looking for good work!

Darnell showed up at my house on a Friday night at 11:00 pm. Diagnosed the sewer line clog in the basement,and had it fixed within the hour.He cleaned up and priced very fairly.Will highly recommend anytime!!!

I work the 3-11 shift and when I got home I threw in a load of laundry. Well about a half way through I went to check it because I heard water flowing. There was gray water backing up out of the toilet downstairs where the Washing machine is. . Long story short at 8:00 a.m. I called a couple local plumbers as I live in Braintree and none of them could come out until tomorrow morning. Having 6 children there was no way I could go a day without working plumbing. I then called Drain Works in Brockton and spoke with the owner Darnell. He gave me an estimated time of arrival between 11-1.. Well at 12pm I received a call from Darnell saying he's here !!!! He was very professional.. He had the right tools to unclog my main drain line which turns out the clog was 50 feet down the pipe !!! And within a half hour he had the drain free and clear.. His price was very reasonable considering I was an emergency call all the way in Braintree!!! Hopefully I will never have another issue with my plumbing but if I do Darnell at Drain Works is the first person I will call !!! I recommend him to anyone needing their drains unclogged.. Thank you Drain Works !!!!!

Omg I highly recommend them! The service was not only amazing, but, they came with in the time frame that they gave us, which was an hour! Not to mention that it was on a weekend day. Last but not least, the price was very reasonable.

The plumber used a video camera to inspect the pipes and clearly showed me the problem. This helped me understand the issue and made me confident in their assessment. The plumber was very knowledgeable and explained the problem clearly. The repair was completed efficiently and the work area was left clean. Highly recommend!

We had a plumbing issue at our rental property that needed to be solved as soon as possible. The issue popped up on a Sunday afternoon, I didn't know of any plumbers so I had to search on Google for ones in the area. Came across Drain Works and I decided to give them a try based off the amount of 5 star reviews. Darnell was able to come by and quickly resolve the issue the next morning. Communication with him was easy and everything was done in a professional manner. He was also nice enough to check out another unrelated plumbing issue at the property on another floor while he was there.

Excellent. Arrived at time promised, worked efficiently to resolve the issue with the toilet, left everything clean, and had respect for my home and even though it was raining, and the repair was a wet one, was careful about not tracking anything on my floors. The plumber was very pleasant and professional. I will definitely use them again!!!

Awesome guys! Reliable! I have a main line clogged and they brought this huge machine that shoot pressure water and clean the line very well!
