Beyond impressive service, my sink kitchen pipe broke water exploded every i called they came ASAP i was able to turn the water off, they did the job in 45 minutes charged me 375 while other plumbers were charging 600 dollars.

Walked in there, looking for help on a Simmons trim kit for my bathroom. Basically, I was in there for their knowledge. The guy tells me he doesn’t really carry much but if I go on a website on Simmons and get him a part number, he can order it. I told him if that’s the case I can just order it myself. I came in here to get it from you, so they didn’t wanna help me and just because I said Amazon which I was looking as a reference point the guy told me he couldn’t help me and as I’m walking out because he saw that I was upset told me to stop being a baby Great customer service. I guess I will go to Amazon give them the sale since I’m gonna get the part number myself anyways thanks for nothing. Good job.

Soooo RUDE. I was just going to ask for an inquiry but the guy that answers keep hanging up without letting me talk the first time. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS EVEN THE FIRST CONTACT. DONT EVER CONTACT THEM BEING SO RUDE TO HANG UP ON YOU RIGHT AWAY. THEY DONT WANT CUSTOMERS.

As a self-employed plumber, i cannot speak highly enough of this supply house. They have the knowledge, experience and patience to keep me moving on pretty much any job.
