After years of dealing with a disaster of a high efficiency system I had Lamberts come replace my whole system. The same week I called the new system was installed. The team took care of us when our kitchen faucet broke on a holiday weekend and had Habib out same day. Habib was great, and replaced our faucet and left the area cleaner than when he arrived.

Shout out to Scott of Lamberts plumbing, hes managed to save the day multiple times for us now. A few years back, dead of winter, with a newborn at that, we woke up in the middle of the night to no heat. Reached out to Lamberts and they immediately sent a crew to get our heat working again.
Recently we noticed our furnace seemed to be leaking, not surprising, as its 40+ years old. Scott helped us decide to simply replace it, instead of wasting money trying to repair it, only for it to not take. I was very impressed by how quickly they were able to order the replacement, and get back to install it. Weve also already noticed a difference in our monthly bill, this new one is much more energy efficient. Scott went out of his way to get us a new smoke /carbon monoxide detector in the room with the furnace, which I really appreciated because my kids playroom is just next door in the basement, and ive had some concerns about the age / ability of the standard smoke detector on that level, plus weve now freed up an outlet from the basic plug in carbon monoxide detector we had added ourselves.
His workers were very polite and friendly. They paid special attention to entering through the bulkhead as to not make any mess in our home. The owner Scott was easy to reach and came by multiple times to oversee the process and make sure we were happy.
While here, I had him take a look at our washing machine sink. Its an absolutely ridiculous system, but youre only allowed to do so much in a condo. He was able to help advise us on upgrading the pump, and now we dont have to flip a switch, or worry about the sink overflowing while doing other tasks in other parts of the home during laundry.
Its extremely tough to know who to trust in the trades, and you hear a lot of horror stories online lately. We love that Lamberts is licensed and an easy to deal with family business. I dont think anyone can say they have a low cost plumber, but I feel a lot better paying for services from a company that knows what they are doing, and is trustworthy inside my home.

Looks very good. Technician was very nice and spoke good English and knew what he was doing and did a thorough nice job. And cleaned up very well. I’d use him again and reference this company to ANYONE. FIVE star all the way

When our furnace unexpectedly died, during the last cold weekend of February, their team was quick to respond and even came out on a Saturday to assess the situation. By Monday morning, they were back to remove the old furnace and install a new one. The efficiency and professionalism they exhibited were truly impressive.

24 hour emergency service is true. Thank goodness. Lambert's plumbing came late at night to deal with my main sewer line, that was not draining but backing up into cellar. They dealt with all issues, made sure after snaking the line that it was resolve and came back next day to replace the cap to main line and check no leaks from cap. I am very thankful they could come so late at night till early next morning to resolve the issue. Also the emergency repair was economical.

OUTSTANDING! My furnace died on a Friday night., temps to be in the 20’s. I called for an emergency call from three different places. One called me back and said that they do not do emergency visits for new customers. Lambert’s actually picked up the phone and I was speaking to a real live person! They made an appointment with me to come first thing on Saturday morning. They showed up at 7:15 AM. Assessed my furnace. It was broken so they got a brand new one, Installed it. They were finished by 11:30 AM! The pricing was extremely reasonable. The men were very professional, respectful, happy to answer my questions. Hands down they are the best! Don’t bother calling anyone else, one phone call and problem solved.

I wish I could remember the plumbers name who was sent over, but he was respectful of my home and left everything spotless. We had a problem with our heating system during the winter and called a local plumbing contractor. The technician showed up (4 hours late), and basically looked at the boiler for 30 seconds and said we needed a whole new system, which seemed odd because it was only 4 years old. Called another plumbing contractor and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They never showed up and wouldn’t answer my repeated calls, which was frustrating. I was talking to a friend who recommended Lamberts Plumbing in East Bridgewater. He said he had some issues and they were great. I called them and spoke with Scott and within an hour the technician arrived. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable about the system. He diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes and had it repaired in about an hour. I would definitely recommend Lamberts Plumbing to anyone who needs it done right. They certainly left me impressed.
