Exceptional service has been twice the experience. Replacement of sump pump and then electric hot water heater. Each time included perfect replacements of professional grade. Scheduled times have been precise. I didn't not have a plumber earlier until now. So my sincere recommendation is to contact Emmanuel for all plumbing needs.

I very rarely write reviews but felt that one was warranted for Emma Plumbing. I called them late in the evening on Wednesday hoping I could get an estimate some time next week. He came the following day, diagnosed all three issues that I had (leak from the sink, leak in the wall near the outside hose, and second shutoff for the main line) and fixed everything within 2 hours! I could not have asked for anything more. But I got it anyway! He explained how to prevent future problems with the pipe leading to the hose outside and even set up the new hose for me. I am a new homeowner and I work with computers....fixing household things is not my strong suit. If you need help with Medicare Insurance maybe I can help you....if you need anything fixed with your plumbing....you need to give Emma's a call!

We recently called Emma’s plumbing for an issue with my mom’s toilet. Emmanuel was at the house within an hour or two, assessed the problem, clearly explained the problems with her older toilet and recommended replacement, which made sense. He had a new toilet installed the next day. He was responsive, thorough, and so pleasant. We will definitely call Emma’s plumbing again the next time we need a plumber!

Picture this: your water heater goes out hours before you're set to host guests. You scramble to call plumbers and stumble up on Emma plumbing and Drain services. It's 11am and the clock is ticking; guests arrive in 6 hours. Emmanuel tells you they can get it done today and you're relieved. They arrive by 1pm with a brand new water heater. They install it, take out the old one, and are on their way by 3pm. It's now 2 hours until guests arrive, new water heater is installed, hot water will be flowing soon and you sit back and thank the lucky stars for an avoided day of no hot water. Not all super heroes wear capes but if you need a job done quick and professionally, Emmanuel is the one to call to save the day. 100/10 would recommend. Emma Plumbing and Drain services will never let you down.

Emmanuel from Emma Plumbing did a solid job. I had a brand new bathroom and a utility sink installed, and he made the whole process smooth. He’s super knowledgeable, gave me helpful tips, and took the time to explain everything. He was on schedule, and the work passed inspection without any issues. I’ll definitely be keeping him as my go-to plumber for any future jobs. Highly recommend if you want someone reliable who really knows what they’re doing.

We called Emmanuel when our kitchen drain was completely blocked. He came out that afternoon, assessed the issue, and gave a quote upfront. He told us he may need the next morning as well, but still tried to get it that night. Came back the next morning, promptly on time, and continued to scope the drain until it was 100% clear. Very diligent and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Would hire his team again!

We had a plumbing emergency and they were able to stop by within an hour of calling on a Friday night. We appreciated their professionalism. Any emergency hour plumbing is expensive but I felt it was fair compared to other companies I called.

Emmanuel was great…It’s been a struggle trying to find a plumber but let me tell you…Not only was he able to assist with the kitchen sink leak but he replaced everything under there and we couldn’t be happier. He cleaned up thoroughly, did not leave a mess and made sure no leaks were present before leaving. I am forever grateful and they will have my business going forward and all of my recommendations.
