Wow! Talk about great customer service!!! I called Scott for help locating my well- a service he no longer provides. Not only did he give me several phone numbers, he followed up. This is what a great business does. Thank you Scott!!!

I had a bad water leak right after the meter in cellar at the pressure reducing valve on Saturday morning. Called Lamberts plumbing at 7:40 am and owner answered phone and was at my house by 8:00 am to look at it. He left to get a replacement valve and piping and was back in 45 minutes with helper to replace and fix. He was all done at 10:00 am. First class service.

Leased water heater leaking. Once Lambert was contacted they were at our house within hours with new heater.. Habib was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend!

I have never been more impressed by a local business in my life! I live in a mobile home in Halifax, and it has been one thing after another since the Spring. Scott and his guys are always on the other end of the phone, arrive when they say they will and deliver great service and incredible expertise. Can't say enough about Lambert's, I would never call anyone else. And to me, the pricing is always a surprise, in the best possible way. And sometimes a call at the end of the day to see if everything is ok? Yup. You'll never be disappointed!

Had a great experience with Lambert’s! Called mid day on a Sunday and a technician was at my residence within 30 minutes. Ayad was efficient and kind to work with. He installed a new gas dryer for us that was causing a lot of issues! Cannot recommend them enough! Will be using for plumbing needs in the future.

David and Daniel did a great job installing a new water heater in our house. They were efficient, and were very personable and open/honest about the multitude of plumbing- and cost-related questions I threw at them as they were working. Highly-recommended.

Lambert’s Plumbing and Heating service was very good. I had a flood due to my water heater rusting through and I was able to make an appointment with them when I wasn’t able to find help elsewhere. They arrived when scheduled and were very communicative and frequently touched base along the way. Habib provided excellent service and explained everything needed and what was being done along the way. When finished, he showed me all the work that had been done and reviewed warranty information with me. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.

From the service representatives to the Owner all were professional and knowledgeable at their craft. Scott the Owner was especially helpful in every way from pricing, installation and paperwork. Lambert's Plumbing was able to arrive to assess my heating issues on the same day I initially contacted them. They were back at my home the very next day to start my repairs. I highly recommend!

Emma Plumbing came to my rescue today for a broken pipe and clogged drain. When I called Emmanuel answered the phone himself and gave me a time that he could come out to assess the issue. The other plumbers I called had answering services taking the calls. Emmanuel was polite and informative as he explained what he had to do to find the problem.

Emmanuel is an honest man and his price is fair. What I experienced from him, he guaranteed his job and he doesn’t play around as long as you still within the time he gave you. I recommended anyone who’s looking for plumbing jobs to try him, because I was happy for what he has done for me. He installed a pump for me in my basement around seven months ago , yesterday I called him because the pump was stopped I was shocked I didn’t know what to do when I called him he came he didn’t do that much just shake it and the pump worked fine. I think I will call him first for any plumbing jobs I have in the future.

I called Emma Plumbing to clear a clogged shower drain. It was early, just after 7am and no one answered so I planned on calling back later that morning. I didn't even leave a message, but Emmanuel saw the missed call and called me back before 9am. (I previously called a different company, left a message, but after a week still no call back.)

I told him the problem and that I wanted to be able to meet him at the house and if he could let me know beforehand. He said he would check the schedule and get back to me. Early afternoon that same day, he called me with an availability and met at my house 15 minutes later. He looked at the situation and quoted a price.

What probably should have been a simple job snaking or hydro jetting the clog out of the drain, was not simple. The house is over 100 years old, had holes in the pipes. difficult or inaccessible sections of piping and was just a plain mess of patchwork fixes or outdated standards. The hydro jet had no pressure and just ended up forcing water out of holes in the pipes and some of the sections were inaccessible without removing existing pipes. Instead of just giving up, or saying it couldn't be fixed without replacing all the piping, he stayed and figured out a way to find and access the clog. After 2 hours of back and forth and crawling in the walls, Emmanuel was able to figure out a way to access the clog and clear it! He even kept to his original estimate, despite the extra issues due bad existing piping in the very old house.

If you value your time, Emma Plumbing won't disappoint. They arrived promptly and completed the job efficiently and neatly. They came to flush my drainage system, ensuring waste flowed freely, and I was so satisfied with their work that I hired them to install my dishwasher too. They did a fantastic job, and the best part? They even disposed of the old dishwasher, so I didn't have to worry about it. I highly recommend them!

On 8/3/24. I had a hot water heater installed by EP&DS. I found the staff to be prompt, professional and pleasant to deal with. My heater burst on Friday and I was able to have my situation remedied on Saturday which was huge in my emergency situation. I was told by other companies I would have to wait until Monday.

Great experience with Emma's. Emmanuel came to our house on a Saturday to jet clean the kitchen drain that was plugged with grease. He was friendly and a good worker. I'll call him again next time I need a plumber.

I have used the services of this company severally. They are very thorough and their job performance is very efficiently. We called them on April 7, 2023 when we had an emergency with water leaking from a broken pipe into the basement. We were amazed how quick they came and how fast they finished the job. Their cost was far better than any plumber that we have used previously.

Mani did an awesome job and was very responsive even on the weekend. Not only did he fix the main issue, he identified and explained another issue in which he was able to repair. We highly appreciate his service and highly recommend!
