Well today is Sunday wake up and have a broken pipe . Google plumbing in the area best rating and when Emma came up called them came out asap! Fixed the leak and even helped me find a company for all restoration from water damage. They are clean through and to add great personalities!! My new plumber and I am spreading the word !!!! I called on December 16th I had a busted pipe. They were Very quick to respond, professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Darnell (apologies if I got the name wrong) made suggestions on what needs to be done in the future for prevention. I will definitely use Emma plumbing in the future.

Had Darnell and Emmanuel here today to break a stubborn clog. They worked through several adversities and got it done!
Price wasn't cheap but they stuck to the original quote even though the job turned into something bigger than they planned.

I had an issue with some tough clogs in my apartment buildings. I called someone but I didn’t get a call back. Then I called Emma Plumbing and Drain Services after searching online and felt that they could take care of my plumbing issues. I was greeted by 2 friendly gentlemen within hours of my phone call. They worked on the clogs and they took care of the problem. After they finished , whatever water and debris was within the area they worked on, was cleaned up. When I called Emma Plumbing, Emmanuel responded to my call quickly. I had 2 old copper pipes that needed to be replaced. Emmanuel was amazing! I found him through a google search due to a corroded pipe and a shower that would not stay hot. There was nothing immediately wrong with the pipe, but I wanted to be proactive as the corrosion was pretty bad. Emmanuel arrived on time and although my building has older fixtures, he was able to get the job done. He's extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and fair in terms of pricing. I was also able to ask him questions regarding plumbing that weren't related to the job that he was called from e.g. "what does this knob do?" Emmanuel will now be my go-to plumber in the future! Darnell came out to replace the wax seal on my toilet as well as repair the water line. After these repairs he located a clog to the main line. He took the time to explain and show me the problem, then came back to clear it. On top of being skilled and efficient, Darnell was also very kind and respectful, which made the whole experience way less stressful.

The pricing was very reasonable for the work done. I will definitely be using Emma’s Plumbing in the future and cannot recommend them enough!

Emmanuel was great! I found his website by googling “affordable plumbers near me”. It was super easy to text him about my leaking water heater. He had me take photos and talked me through shutting off my main water valve. He is so friendly, nice and hardworking. He showed up before the snowstorm and worked for 2+ hours replacing my hot water heater, with new copper piping and handle valve; and removal of the old, leaking water heater. The price was totally reasonable for what a new hot water heater installation costs. Plus, make sure to check out the SPECIALS section on his website! Lots of deals to help you save money. Team works keep moving forward

I had an old water heater...my wife was afraid it would go and ruin everything in our basement. I got Craig Costa's name from a client and called on him. After discussing the water heater and it's age (14yrs) he said replacing it now with a new higher effieciency heater would be in our best interest. He came out with 2 days of our initial conversation and replaced the water heater in a couple of hrs. Very nice, professional and cleaned up everything.....took the other heater away and called a few days later to see how everything was and if we needed him to adjust the temperature for us....highly recomend this company!

In the garage, they set up the new dishwasher and connected the water line to the fridge. They were quite professional in their cleanup of the entire disaster. Quite polite! The service was outstanding.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a plumber and I am very thankful that he did not step foot on the job to actually do some work. I am a general contractor who has dealt with plumbers for 25 years and never had a problem like this. The 1st phone call seemed fine and then promises were made, price was given and job was scheduled. I stressed to Craig the owner of Costas Plumbing that there was a disabled elderly gentleman whose boiler was no good and this was a bank job because the property was bank owned and that it was net 30 days after completion for payment. He informed me that that was fine and he sent a Tech over to the job to look at the boiler, the tech stated a price to replace the boiler and I scheduled a time to meet his employee to give a check to him and sign a contract. The next day I got a call from Citizens Bank stating that a woman had tried to deposit my check into a personal account, I am very thankful for Citizens Bank catching this because it could have been a very expensive mistake. I proceeded to call Craig and tell him the information and he said that I would have to go and meet his employee and give cash. I do not operate my business this way and can't understand how anybody else could, he hung up on me and told me to find somebody else. I don't understand how anybody can be in business that acts this way to customers. I would not recommend hiring him to even fix a leaky faucet, if his work is anything like his skills speaking to customers, then it could be quite scary and expensive.
