I called Drain Work to fix my toilet which had one of those green scrubber pads stuck in it. Without a doubt they came pretty fast and shorty after the toilet seemed to work even a bit better than before. The service was great by Darnell. Calm and personable attitude was a plus.

Darnell and Corey came same day that I requested service for my water heater. They performed general maintenance and replaced a valve at a reasonable price. They are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I plan to use them going forward and definitely recommend them.

After days of trying to get a bathroom sink turned tub clog cleared by ourselves, we finally had to call in the professionals. Darnell arrived quickly, was knowledgeable, courteous and had the clog identified and cleared super fast. Highly recommend!

I called this place today when my daughter called and shared pictures of water falling down from my ceiling due to a busted pipe. The gentleman who answered the phone was professional and patient. Immediately he said I have someone out by 4:00. The person called to let me know they were on their way. Identified the problem, fixed the issue and gave suggestions. Very professional, quick to respond I will definitely use this company again.

Darnell was the best, I had clogged main line to city sewer, as far as I know hadn’t been cleaned in 65 years.
It was quite an ordeal to get it cleaned out but Darnell’s attitude was “I never give up” had to come back a couple of times, used I think four different machines to get the job done but got squared away with the help of his partner the self described “good looking chubby Spanish kid”.
Reasonably priced considering the amount of time and effort it took to get the job done.
Would recommend for solving any drain problems.

Darnell came out to replace the wax seal on my toilet as well as repair the water line. After these repairs he located a clog to the main line. He took the time to explain and show me the problem, then came back to clear it. On top of being skilled and efficient, Darnell was also very kind and respectful, which made the whole experience way less stressful.

The pricing was very reasonable for the work done. I will definitely be reaching out to Darnell again in the future and cannot recommend him enough!

Worst service experience I've ever encountered in my life, literally! They don't even deserve a star. They showed up at my house at 2:45 pm when they told me that they'd be there before noon. I had to call to find out if they were still coming. When they finally showed up, they merely looked at what I needed done, (repair/replace a faucet) and quoted me $800. When I questioned it, one of the guys became belligerent and stormed out stating that, ‘I have a lot of clients to attend to and with plenty of money to spend’. I was so appalled at his reaction I asked him, 'Is that the kind of service rooterman offers?' He then jumped into his truck and gave me the finger! Don't use these people, they are despicable human beings, seriously!

ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS PLUMBER AT ALL COSTS!
I hired A1 Discount Plumber to fix a leak, and let me tell you, "discount" is the only accurate word in their name because the service I received was an absolute joke. The plumber came, fiddled around for a bit, and I, like an absolute fool, paid him in full thinking the problem was solved.
WRONG. The leak is still there, mocking me with its persistent dripping. When I had the audacity to call them back and explain that the supposed "fix" didn't fix anything, the response I got was unbelievable. This so-called professional actually told me, and I quote, to "do myself a favor and figure out where the leak was coming from." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I hired a plumber to figure out the leak, not to be condescendingly told to diagnose the problem myself after they already took my money!
This company is a complete rip-off. They take your money and leave you with the same problem, plus the added frustration of being told to do their job for them. Save yourself the headache, the wasted money, and the infuriating customer service and call someone – ANYONE – else. A1 Discount Plumber is a complete and utter waste of time and money. You'd be better off trying to fix the leak yourself with YouTube tutorials than hiring these clowns. Zero stars if I could.
