My experience with Fine Touch Pressure Washing was exceptional. My house has never looked so good. The dirt and mold on my siding completely gone. Punctual and personable service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Christian did a phenomenal job pressure washing our house. He was able to get grime off of several areas up high and under the soffits that hadn't been touched in years. He took extra time to clean all around the concrete foundation and even blast some moss off the edge of our driveway. The house looks brand new again! Great price, prompt scheduling, awesome customer service. Can't recommend him enough!

Christian did a great job! My siding was very overdue for a power washing. Christian washed my decks, siding, and pavement where moss was beginning to grown. And he is a pleasure to work with. We will definitely go back to Christian when we need any power washing in the future.

Carson really pulled through! He did an exceptional job on our carpets, going above and beyond what was required. He managed to remove a persistent black stain from our carpet that we'd been told was permanent. Carson also rejuvenated the carpet in our high-traffic bedroom that's often used by kids and dogs, making it look brand new. What's more, he was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. The service also offers text communication! You can receive estimates, schedule appointments, and discuss the job requirements via text. As someone who dislikes phone calls, this feature was a game-changer for me and really alleviated some of the stress associated with moving. Francis did an excellent job. He thoroughly explained everything to me before he began the carpet cleaning process. The job involved cleaning rooms on three different levels in our Burlington home. Francis took the time to walk through the job with me, identifying the areas with stains. He pre-treated all the stains with a neutralizer before the cleaning process began. There was only one room with a couple of tiny spots that had slightly discolored the carpet, but we were extremely satisfied with the results. We also have a lot of carpeted tile that we are considering having cleaned in the future. Francis cleaned a small section in the kitchen to demonstrate what the end result of the cleaning process would look like. I had a great experience recently with my carpet cleaning service. Initially, the cleaning didn’t meet my expectations, and I shared my thoughts right away, which I realized was a bit too soon. However, the response from the team, including management, was incredibly quick. They offered to come by within a few hours to check out my carpet and address the issue, which I was more than happy to accept. Kaleb, the technician who arrived, was outstanding. He got straight to work and provided valuable insights regarding the stains on my carpet and the steps we could take. While the stains were lessened after the first clean, they weren’t completely gone. I had no complaints about Kaleb; he worked hard to tackle the stains. It just required a slightly different cleaning solution and some extra effort after using the equipment. Everything was handled perfectly, and I truly appreciate the effort. My carpet looks brand new again!

I had Superb Burlington Carpet Cleaning come to tidy up an area rug and three sofas. Even though the sofas are somewhat aged, they are of excellent quality and in great shape. Francis, from the team, took the time to meticulously examine the upholstery and padding material before pointing out the potential risks associated with using a water-based cleaner. If he had not done so and just proceeded to clean them, I could have ended up with three damaged sofas. I wasn't very hopeful that anyone could eliminate the smell since everything I used only made it worse. However, after they cleaned the carpet, the odor completely disappeared. I was so happy! A little while later, I called again with a slight pet odor issue, and once more, the smell was gone after the cleaning. On both occasions, they assured me that if there was still any odor after a couple of days, they would return to address the trouble spots at no extra cost! We were so impressed with the service that we invited him back to clean some furniture once we finished relocating. I don’t usually give 5 stars, but the carpet cleaning service I used truly deserves it. It’s a local, family-owned business that has been operating for many years. Setting up my appointment was a breeze; I could call, leave a voicemail, text, or even use Google Assistant. They arrived a little later than expected, but they called to keep me updated. It was just a half-hour delay, which was totally fine. When they got here, they immediately started working. The team knew exactly what they were doing and completed the job efficiently. They were careful not to damage the walls or surrounding areas. My 10+ year old sculpted berber carpet looks brand new again! They did an amazing job. The cost was $160 for cleaning 2 bedrooms, the living room, and the hall, which is a fair price for the quality of work provided.
