Before the service, I tried using baking soda to remove some stains, but not everything came out. When I asked if they could go over the spots again, Tracy sent Brayden back, and after the second cleaning, my carpets looked great. Amazing cleaning! we live on a busy street in Boston on the second floor and it’s been years since we got a proper cleaning. They gave us a time window between 8-10AM for the cleaning and he gave me a call 10 minutes before 8 saying they had just parked, and started promptly at 8am! They were quick and thorough. Attached is a photo the left window had just been cleaned and the right window shows the before! Will absolutely be using them again!
