I've hired Next Step Removal for a couple of jobs over the years and time after time I am happy with the results. They're professional, knowledgeable and have made themselves readily available. They show up on time, are efficient and clean after themselves before leaving the job site. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent HVAC company. I would call them again for any future needs and recommend them to anyone looking for heating and cooling service. My AC went out on a hot day and Kevin was able to get to me the same day. Very knowledgable and communicative and solved my problem in no time.

Kevin is an obvious expert who is timely, friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. After I texted him a short description of the problem, Kevin was already onto the source of the issue that two other technicians that I talked to over the phone were not able to figure out. Both Kevin and Amanda are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable when it comes to installing HVAC systems. It's not easy being a small business trying to compete with the big companies but they are on their way to becoming the go to place here in Cambridge. They did an excellent job installing my heat pump, water heater and air handler. Where do I begin.I was not(but certainly am now) a regular customer of Next Step. Kevin came to my house at the end of a long work day and took the time to make certain our heat and hot water came back on. He spent the time needed to make sure we were set before he left. He was kind and so easy to work with and brilliant at what he does.. He was able to retrieve one part locally and promised to return with the second for the permanent fix. Sure enough I got a call the next morning wanting to finish the job and he came right over.. He is truly fantastic. His work ethic is outstanding.. If you do not use Next Step I highly recommend you start. They are a small owned family business and care about the service they provide.

Great response time, great communication, great work, but most importantly he is honest. I troubleshooted the issues I was having with my brother who works in hvac a few states away and he told me that the issue I was having was a simple capacitor issue. I found Next Gen through google search and they were able to come out the same day. Very professional, called 15 minutes before arrival, and diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour. Did not try to upsell anything and only charged $125. 5/5 would recommend.
