I love the look and quality of the work. I would highly recommend the company. Third photo is “before”

Capital is a very professional company. They are well organized, insured, hire licensed subcontractors and know how to scope a project. The team that did the work were skilled and their work excellent. Project was completed on time.

We were away during the process. Capital kept us informed about the process by sending us photos of the steps of the process of installing our siding, and by informing us of what had to be done.
The photos (of all sides and elevations) of the property were greatly appreciated as well as clearly showing us the progress of the excellent work. We are very pleased with the results. -
A fantastic company if you want work done right, on time, and in quick order. I have used them multiple times, which I wouldn't if I was not happy with the process or work.

Capital did a fantastic job on our porch re-build and siding project. We live in an historic district, which required a more complex permitting process than usual, and a lot of revisions to our original designs to get approval. Capital was with us each step of the way. The workmanship was top-notch, and we could not be happier with the result. Anthony, our project manager, was a lifesaver.

I’m working on replacing my deck and found that when this company did my siding they did not extend the house wrap down to the existing flashing leaving exposed sheathing. I left a review previously showing their poor work quality with my interior windows.

Our new roof is beautiful and the installation was stress-free. Our PM for the installation, Anthony, contacted us a week before our installation date and gave us the project schedule. I had a few questions as the week went on and he always picked up the phone right away when I called. The crew was diligent and did great work. We had no issues whatsoever and couldn't be happier. Thank you!!

Very excited to use our new deck! Can't say enough about the professionalism and quality of work performed by the crew that came to our home. The attention to details and finishing touches enhanced the overall look. Everything was done on time and on budget.

I have them side my home. I was promised a great job and great materials. It took them forever to do it. They disappeared for weeks at a time leaving my home exposed and leaking when the job was finally complete. It looked fantastic. However they installed a fantastic siding system wrong creating leaks all around the house, damaging walls and ceilings. They came out several times to attempt to repair it with a tube of caulking, each time until I finally gave up and had to call a real contractor who simply laughed at how they installed the siding system and said this is really great siding. It should be lasting you for life and be leak free if it was installed properly I would not recommend using this company for anything. They will promise you the world send in insufficient subcontractors that will do things all wrong and damage your home 6/16/2025 ~ in response to comment by “capital construction owner”, I would like to say actions speak louder than words if you stand behind your work and your company is so great why don’t you come and stop my house from leaking . Over the past two years you send the same poor guy with a tub of caulking to try to fix something that was installed improperly. You have never made an real effort to remedy the situation. I’ve already had to pay a contractor to redo one side of the house because it leaks so bad the ceilings fell in.

Capital Construction was the 5th quote we received for the vinyl siding project at our beach house. Like most projects and contractors, the prices varied as much as the weather in Boston.
Matt McCabe was our sales rep and he was professional, replied to any questions very quickly, kept his promises and was credible. He had integrity and that was important to us.
Anthony was the PM (project manager) and also reliable and responsive before, during and after the project. Like most projects, some minor things need attention, and he took care of everything we asked for.
The office handled all the follow-up, reach out to let us know what was due next and by what date. They were also professional, polite and very easy to work with.
The level of quality, customer service, attention to detail and how clean the crew left our property were all factors in our review and post of FIVE Stars. My wife and I are thrilled with the project and Capital Construction.
Sincerely,
The Wood family -
Capital Construction sided our house with “James Hardie siding”.
The whole process was smooth and the results are great.
The installers were neat and friendly.
They did a very professional job. -
From the beginning, talking with Mike (sales) until the end when the last bit of clean up was done on our house all of this crew were A++. We never felt pressured by anyone, they kept us informed every step of the way and gave us a great price. The crew that did our roof, I can't say enough great things about these guys. They were all courteous, clean, and respectful of our property and us. When I say clean, I mean clean. We looked for nails in our street, we live in a community, and we found maybe 6. That was amazing. They picked up every piece of whatever fell of our roof or got thrown off. This is a company that we will definitely call for future projects when they arise. Everyone was awesome. I would recommend this company to all.

Excellent, professionals. Joe and team did a great job and we wish we called sooner. They solved what others didn‘t. We are thankful. Repaired our roof.

Capital Construction was amazing! From the time Josh and Jerome came and showed us product samples and gave us a quote to a completely new room was 3 weeks. During this time, I received 1-2 emails a week keeping me informed of the progress. Then the call came that the materials were being dropped off and the crew was there the very next day. Of course, with a house built in 1870,there was a problem right at the start...the original roof! The project turned into a completely new roof, good for the next 50 years. They were even nice enough to save me a couple of the original cedar shingles, something we do every time we encounter original features. The crew was hard working and very respectful of the property. Everyone from Ana, Diane and the rest of the office staff to John the project manager and the roofing crew were great! We were very happy with how quickly the roof went on and how clean they left the property.

From start to finish, Capital Construction was extremely professional. They communicated incredibly well with us and finished our hardie siding project on time and it looks amazing.
-
Overall they did a decent job, but too much sloppy detail work and too many empty promises to fix errors. I don’t think anyone really does a good job anymore. This company has a great reputation, so this is probably as good as it gets.

We had a fairly challenging third floor siding project on our home. With power lines on one side and my neighbors driveway on the other it was not an easy work site. The crew worked quickly and efficiently. All around communication was excellent and the work was completed and looks great. I would be confident working with Capital Construction on future projects.

We selected Capital Construction for replacing the vinyl siding of our home. The process overall was very smooth and fast. The workers did a great job, they were professional, respectful and thorough with their work. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their home. The house came out great and we are very happy with the outcome.

Not only was customer service excellent but the crew doing the job was phenomenal.
Worth every penny.
They removed and replaced the front porch, replaced roof, repointed the chimney and a new roof over side porch. Next is siding and patio. -
I wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to Anthony for helping me get through a rough time with getting my deck permit closed out in North Attleboro. I was attempting to sell my house and had a permit still open, apparently its common. I was on an extremely short deadline with the closing set on a specific date and the inspection kept failing. He was always a text or phone call away and came out next day to fix it. I luckily closed on the specific date and again wanted to say a HUGE thank you for going above and beyond, your company is lucky to have a worker like you!!!

I hired Capital construction to replace my 3 season porch. The price for that was not in my budget. The salesman came up with a plan to leave the existing roof and replace everything else as a porch. The first quote was ridiculously high. He came down almost 10,000.00. It seemed a little more reasonable but I still knew it was way too high. They came on the date they stated but arrived at 10:30. This continued throughout the construction. Days no one showed and late starts. After a couple of days I asked if a gate could be placed at the top of the stairs. The foreman also suggested that my light switch be moved and placed inside the house. He called the office for the price of these add ons. He got right back to me and stated the gate would be 2000.00 and for the electrician it would be 1500.00. I knew I was already being taken advantage of but to even suggest a price like that is totally absurd. I’m a single retired woman and I think they thought I would agree to those prices. The last day I had to sign off I wouldn’t. I had a few complaints. Nail heads were poking through the columns. One of the columns had a big split and was broken. Boards weren’t lined up with each other. The light switch that I didn’t have moved into the house was placed on top of the doorway going down the stairs. The glass for the light is missing and I had to stand on a stool to shut the light off. These complaints were corrected except for the glass covering. They have been gone for over 2 weeks and the dumpster and the portable toilet are still here. Every delivery person on the street is using it and at night things mysteriously appear in the dumpster. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
