I had an issue with my generator not self testing after I had extensive electrical work done in y house. I called FM and David Walsh very patiently talked me through exactly what to do! I would recommend them for all your generator needs!

I wanted to take my time and give David Walsh a shout Out , for making a miracle happen today, more importantly FM Generator is a bunch of good guys working together and getting the job/ jobs done . In seven Years I have never had a problem with the company or individuals EVERERRRRR ,. Love you Guys keep up the good work and David bro THANK YOU for today is was needed and you made it happen.

FM Generator has always been on top of my maintenance and getting it scheduled on time. Jerry took care of that. He had to deal with my many calls, and he handled them like a champ.

As far as maintenance, Brian top notch. He was right on top of the work that needed to be done, keeping me educated on what the next step would be. He was very pleasant to work with. I felt confident the system would be running better after he was done with it.

We bought our home four years ago and it had a generator in place serviced by FM Generator so we kept them on as our preferred repair service. We pay a set price every year, which gives us one full service in the fall and priority listing in the event of an outage, and the generator will not start

Two weeks to create an account.
Cannot buy parts without one.
Company is trash.

They only will sell to you if you have an account. This must be a new policy, because I have purchased from them in the past without an account. I am a licensed electrician and have a constant need for supplies. I went into the sales counter at 55 Shawmut Ave and was turned away. I was told that they are only after million dollar projects.

So if you need to purchase a million dollars worth if electrical supplies, these are your guys. If you need anything less than that, don't waste your time.

Called to inquire about pricing and availability on some items. I was asked if I had an account, I told them no but if their quote was reasonable I would open an account. Was rudely told, "You can't speak to anyone unless you have an account." I guess a 500
unit apartment building isn't the type of business they want. Glad business is so good there is no need for new customers. Called EW (Electrical Wholesalers) instead and they were more than helpful.

We had a very Positive experience with Edward Flagg Electrical. He arrived on time , was very knowledgeable abd easy to deal with. We would highly Recommend him! 2 Thumbs Up!

Had a very pleasant experience having EFE do our thermostats. Put in 4 ecobee pros. We have a very old house and normally would not have been possible to put these thermostats in without tearing apart the house and doing new wiring, but Ed found a way to make it work for us. 10/10 would recommend to anyone for any electrical services.
