My company has contracted numerous projects with Ed Flagg electrical and have been very pleased each time. I personally have used him on some of my home projects and have been very satisfied. He has installed some new installations and modified others. Some of these were complicated control systems. Each time the projects were completed on time and on budget. A very creative and hard working electrician .

Ed was great, he was able to come out and help us with an electrical issue same day. He is very knowledgeable and was able to identify and fix the issue quickly.

Edward performed fantastic job, was super friendly, answered all my questions and I loved his customer focus.
Communication with his was very easy and straightforward and made the whole process very smooth!

Ed is fine if you want something done fast where building code and inspections don't matter. He's available immediately. I feel like he overcharged me by 3-fold. On top of that I had to bring in another electrician to fix his work when lights wouldn't come on and the wrong breaker was installed (GFI was required in unfinished basement and he used a plain circuit breaker). He also left open access slots to my main panel because he didn't make the effort to plug them. And when I had immediate concerns and he wasn't getting a permit, he told me he would pull one for an extra $350. I wish I had checked with Canton's building department first and realized he has few permits on file. But, like I said he was available immediately. He's also a liar as per his response to my post.

I have used them as a brand new sub contractor 4 ( possibly more, I’m not quite sure ) times in the last two weeks. Ed has made it possible for my customers to be happy, even with getting a very short notice request from me. He was great about updating me on what was done and letting me know the results. I plan on continuing working with them for a long time.

Ed Flagg did a great job replacing 5 outside lights and a broken dimmer switch. I highly recommend him for any electrical work. He is prompt, courteous, and I will use him again

Ed a great guy, professional and really is knowledgeable about all things electrical.
But I think the most surprising thing about Ed is the way he runs his business. He answers his phone or responds promptly to voicemails, completes the work as promised and leave the work areas clean.

Excellent job on a comercial build out they came in on schedule and completed the work in record time.

These guys are great. We had a couple small but annoying projects that have been lingering for a while. Ed came to our house, took a look at everything, and left to go get parts. They came back quickly, did a great job, and were professional the whole time. If I need any other electrical work I will definitely be going back with them.

Ed was great to work with! Added the components for an outdoor level 2 EV charger as well as an extra basement circuit. Great communication, talked through the different options I had seen out there and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Definitely recommend

Ed came immediately for an emergency call. He was very professional and even humored my 4 year old chatting his ear off! After a little while called to check to see if everything was still working as it should. He was great and I highly recommend!!

We just recently were referred here from a coworker. And Ed and his team were so great. They were very knowledgeable, professional, easy to talk to and efficient. That alone would keep us coming back for our needs. But tack on the very reasonable pricing and they have a customer for life. ☺️

Spoke with Ed and he was able to get a couple of guys out the next day. They did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issue. Highly recommend their service if you're looking for someone trustworthy and reliable.

Eddie was excellent. Very responsive, did great work, and reasonably priced. His attention to detail was impressive and he came back immediately to address a minor concern which ended up being totally unrelated to the work he did. I would recommend Eddie for any home electrical work and plan to work with him again in the future.

Ed did the electrical when I had my mini splits installed. He was great! Very professional and friendly. He got the job done quickly and he was able to install the new wiring in a way that blended well with prior electrical work. Which made for a seamless and aesthetic finish. I would definitely recommend and work with him again.

After reviewing comparable estimates I decided to go with Ed Flagg based on his honesty, creativity, and how attentive he was with what I wanted. With the job now finished I can definitely say that I’m glad with my decision! He and his employee were all business - clean, professional, on time and kept me informed throughout the process. Ed was great, very responsive and reasonable. He added a sub panel for our above the garage addition project and rewired the smoke alarm to my house. The project took 4 months when it started and the inspection was an easy process. I highly recommend.
