We had a great experience with the planning and installation of our Smart Solar heat pump water heater. John Moore and Bruce Dike answered all of our questions. The installation by Bruce and the crew went smoothly. Unlike our 17 year old electric resistance water heater, the new system is providing a consistent flow of hot water. We like the fact that heat is not extracted from our conditioned space, and that no cold air is exhausted into the basement.
