They left my home clean and ensured I was happy before they left. I will be recommending LaCroix to all my friends. Truly a great experience!

Really solid team with LaCroix. Scheduling was easy and they came out the next business day to check my HVAC. Tech was quick to identify an issue and gave me a thorough explanation and honest recommendations. Highly recommended if you are in the MetroWest area around Worcester.

The best company ever!!!
Professional, responsive, and right to the point. We had some trouble for our mini split air conditioner that one of them were working properly. The other one was blowing warm air only and we call so many different companies that they refuse to come responding to us as a very busy on those warm days so with some friends recommendation will call LaCroix and very next morning people came and in a few hours, they figured out what’s the problem and fix it right away
We cannot appreciate it enough specially this summer we still heat around 90+ Fahrenheit

The folks at LaCroix were so helpful and they provided great communication through the whole process of having mini splits installed in our home. The team that put in the mini splits were prompt, professional, and worked well together. They answered my questions, and I was confident in their skills. They explained how to run and adjust the mode, speed, temperature,etc. We are very happy with the installation that LaCroix Heating and Cooling provided us.

We just had a Bosch five head system installed at our house by LaCroix Heating and cooling. I am amazed at how quickly the turn around was to install such a big system. Everyone we dealt with was personable, courteous, and responsive. I worked with Wes and Bryan from the office and both were very helpful from start to finish. They were able to set up for our old furnace and oil tank to be removed, and helped out with securing our energy audit, heat loan, and rebate. I can not say enough great things about my experience with LaCroix, I highly recommend them to anyone looking to switch to a low cost energy efficient system! Please give these guys your business, you won't be disappointed!

I had my HVAC replaced a year ago, and they did an outstanding job! Five-star review, more like a 10!! From the first call to the completion of the service, it was the best experience! They were easy to schedule with, arrived on time, and were very kind and professional. This morning, I had an issue with my thermostat. I called at 8 a.m. , and they had a technician at my house within the hour. The problem was resolved almost immediately, making me an even more loyal customer. From the initial call to the service completion, it was the best experience! It was simply a setting issue—I had nothing wrong with the system. The technicians took the time to explain the problem and the available solutions, which made me feel confident in their service. They made sure I understood the process. Prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and put my mind at ease. I will continue to use this company for both service and new installations.

I highly recommend LaCroix Heating and Cooling for heat pump install!! Very professional and informative from the beginning to the end. The work crew we had was very nice, cleaned up (vacuum and swept up the floors) after each day, and did an amazing job. Another perk on top of the excellent service was the pricing. They were about $10k cheaper than everyone else for the same equipment. Found out that these other companies I had offers from jack their prices up when using the Mass Save rebate.
