Wow - people who do what they say, when they say, and for the price they quote. What a refreshing experience!
These people are really good. They completely cleaned out our multiple ponds, and even took care of the peepers (frogs) who inhabit the ponds.
The proposal was clear, and the follow-up very professional. I highly recommend them.
FYI, I'm not related to them, I'm not getting paid to write this, and I'm for real.
FOLLOW UP: After the work done this past spring, the water bill for our outdoor pond/waterfall setup WENT DOWN BY 75%. That's not a typo. The service paid for itself.

NE Aquatic Landscaping installed my pondless waterfall last month. It has to have been one of the best decisions that I've ever made!

My neighbors have marveled at the fact that it looks like it has always been there. It looks as natural in my yard as Shawn & Tim promised. The birds are enjoying it, as are my dogs - bathing and drinking from it regularly. I love the sound of it, and it just makes me so happy!

Within a few days, I planted around it and imagine that it will look even better once the plants fill out.

We have been using NEAL for a few years. I can’t say enough about them. They open my koi pond in the spring. They check all the fish, clean the liner thoroughly, set up my plants add more if I need them and by the time they leave, the fish are swimming, the waterfall is running, the pond is clean and it looks great. Then they check in during the summer, come for a fall cleanup, check the pond out, add a netting to keep the leaves out of the pond, that helps me a lot. Then they come back to close for the winter. Throughout the year I receive emails, messages about what to expect from my pond, why to look for, and they offer help all year long. Like I said, I can’t say enough. They are a great company. I’m so happy to have found them.

The team does a great job! Their maintenance plans are excellent to keep your pond in great shape! They are always helpful answering our questions. The video they provide after the pond service is very helpful especially when you are not onsite during service.

I reached out to Tim and made an appointment for help with our koi pond that we had inherited with our new home. It was in very bad condition with a lot of trash and gunk at the bottom, it was so overan with algae that you can not see the fish at all, just one big green cesspool. Shawn and Mason were the pond techs that came our rescue. They were amazing and very knowledgeable. They took good care of removing the fish and meticulously cleaning, draining and treating our pond. They gave us ideas on how to improve pond water quality and a list of plants that would help the ecosystem of the pond. Best of all they were very friendly and professional.
We can now see the fish and the bottom of the pond as the water is crystal clear, the fish have never been happier. I want to express my thanks to the New England Aquatic Landscaping team, you guys definitely saved my pond and the fishes living in it. Thank you Tim, Kristina, Shawn,Mason and the rest of the team.

We recently had a pondless water feature installed by New England Aquatic Landscaping in our yard to complete our backyard oasis. Our initial meeting to discuss the process was with Tim. After walking around in the yard discussing our vision, Tim spent time explaining what to expect, timeline, cost estimate, etc. We were impressed with Tim as he asked us many questions about our ideas and helped to clarify our vision. He did not pressure us into any decision-making and we loved the idea of a family business.

Prior to install, Shawn walked the yard with us, looked at the stones we wanted to use in our yard, and shared his artistic vision for the build. We loved how Shawn also listened to our thoughts and ideas, and respectfully walked us through the process step-by-step.

When the day came to begin the project, the canvas for Shawn to work with had changed. Before their arrival we removed a pile of rocks, some of which we initially planned on using. Shawn was thrilled to see the changes, which changed his plans for the build. We were impressed at his enthusiasm and flexibility and loved his explanation of the slight change in vision. The entire team; Alex, Matt and Dustin (apologies if we left someone out!) were a pleasure to work with.

We were further impressed that the timeline was on track, they stayed true to their word from beginning to end, and we have the most gorgeous water feature that is beyond our dream! It is visible from the vantage points we asked for and the sound of the water is healing. When completed, Shawn showed us the area he calls “Bird Beach”, and pointed out the log that was placed so they can sit on to “sing their songs”. Well, that says it all, doesn’t it? We have already seen the birds at the beach enjoying the water. A dream come true for us!

Finally, the lights installed throughout the feature make the vision magical in the evening. No matter what time of day or where we are in the house or in the yard as we enjoy the feature, it is utterly beautiful and beyond expectations. It truly is a work of art and we thank you for your gorgeous creation.

UPDATE: Our beautiful pond was installed! We are absolutely thrilled with how it turned out and cannot wait to enjoy it the rest of this season! Tim, Shawn and their whole team are so friendly and are amazing at what they do. 10/10 recommend!

Ive had my pond for 20 some years, each year, before meeting with Tim and signing on with with Aquatic Landscaping, opening and closing my pond was a NIGHTMARE. Now its a whole different story.
Tim had a vision of what my pond needed and their team built me a gorgeous stream to appear as though it was exiting from my rather large pond. They also removed my outdated filtration system and built in an intake bay, This has been an amazing asset, and no more weekly pulling out filthy filters to clean. SOOO happy with this.
Their response, when I may need some help, is quick and thorough. They have maintained, and opened and closed my pond now for years. AND I LOVE AQUATIC LANDSCAPING!

I had a great experience with Shawn and his crew yesterday. Shawn cleaned out the pond and advised me with explanatory videos about the next steps required to keep my pond fresh and clean and to address items the prior Owners of my home had neglected. I needed new work on my pump for the pond, and I needed help to figure out how to handle all the leaves and debris that gets into the pond. They came out quickly and we put a plan in place regarding the pump that was helpful. Thank you!

We have a small Koi pond which we were about to give up on. Too much time and effort to keep clean and filled with water. We had used the same service for years and were told the water level issues were just evaporation and the cloudy water was because we didn't clean the filter medium enough. A few years ago we used NE Aquatic for the first time. They found a small tear in the pond liner in just a few minutes, and explained that if the filter is too clean the beneficial bacteria don't do the job. We also were told we were feeding our fish too much which added to the cloudy water issue.
What a difference the service of NE Aquatic has made! If we have a problem they come promptly!

Derek came to check out an aspect of my pond and took a technical approach to the problem. As I was unable to be at home when he came, Derek left me clear written review of how he proceeded to correct the problem. He also left me instructions to use if the problem should recur along with a video of instruction on my phone. These latter things are very helpful and show that the company wants to be informative and transparent. I highly recommend their staff.

We've had a good experience working with New England Aquatic Landscaping. The annual pond maintenance plans are pricey, but the quality of service from is good. We added plants and a few fish this year. We receive a text message reminder a few days before a scheduled service call and another on the same day with their arrival time. The techs are responsive by text if you have questions about the visit and they provide you with a full pond report with photos and videos after the visits. We'd recommend them to friends.

We are new to the fish pond world and had no idea of how to clean our pond and get it up and running. Our original appointment was set for August 1, but we are having a big family housewarming party soon and asked to be considered if they had a cancellation. Lo and behold, Zak and Dominic arrived last week and worked for hours in some nasty hot weather to get everything sorted out for us. They were respectful of the plant and animal life, gave us some good advice and our pond looks great! We are slowly learning how to care for it and started adding some new plants. Great job, Gentlemen!

We absolutely could not be any happier with my new waterfall. This is the single-best investment we have made in the house and completely transforms the backyard into the oasis that we’ve been wanting. Overall, this has completely exceeded our expectations. We did not think it would be possible to build something so magnificent on our hill. The sound of the waterfall echoes throughout the yard, which is exactly what we were looking for. The waterfall is now the envy of the entire neighborhood. The guys were incredibly professional, showed up every day on time and finished when they said. They even worked around other contractors that we had on the property at the same time and were very accommodating. They were available for questions and made themselves available for follow-up visits if needed. They were meticulous with the design and the build, and we appreciated that there was no nickel-and-diming us in the process. What they said they were going to charge was what they charged. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to create an incredible feature in their yard. I would also recommend for people looking to enhance their property value.

We've have been with the Cutroni Family for more than 5 years now. They do an amazing job. We look forward to the opening of our pond each spring season. We have watched them grow over the years and become quite a wonderful company to work with.

I inherited a rather complex DIY stream and koi pond that was having all sorts of problems. The team came out and investigated the entire thing from top to bottom and gave me options on how to move forward depending on what features I wanted. I could not recommend them more, was well worth the money I spent and am looking forward to the future work I have hired them to do!

I've had a great experience with them. The team they send out is generally the same people over the course of a given year, so they get to know us and our preferences. And they proactively reach out about things we may not have thought of. We had a lot of trouble keeping our pond healthy before we started using them, and it's been nearly crystal clear since then; and our fish are happy and healthy.

Edit: Another year on and another year of wonderful service. Janelle is always very responsive when I reach out, and the team that comes out to work on the pond is friendly, informative, and does a great job. We started with a green pond (which is why we originally hired them), and having the folks at New England Aquatic Landscaping take care of everything and keep it clear, and healthy for our fish, makes it much more enjoyable.
