We can’t say enough about our experience with New England Aquatic Landscape (The I ❤️ Ponds guys). This was the second year with our aquatic oasis ~ we love it as much as our backyard friends do. In addition to the fish, we’ve had a constant supply of birds and frogs. There was even a duck passing through who stayed for a day before moving on. Thankfully we haven’t lost any fish to predators in part due to the hiding spaces Shawn & his team built into the pond. The sound of the moving water and birds singing is so relaxing. We spent every evening this summer on the back deck listening to the falls and thanks to the underwater lights we could watch the fish swim around.

They offer several maintenance plans, we’ve opted for the VIP plan as it is all encompassing and Zak is amazing. He does our maintenance and is exceptional! The level of knowledge he has and passion he displays for what he does is unmatched. He cares for our system as if it was his own. He answers all of our questions and was happy to teach us how to care for it ourselves. I’m sure at this point we could do our own maintenance. As part of the maintenance they net it for a few weeks in the fall to catch any falling leaves. They’ve shut it down for the winter and put an aerator and heater in for the fish. It gives us year round enjoyment- the birds will use it all winter. Everyone will make their own decisions about which service plan may be right for them. We like that we can just relax & enjoy.
We can honestly say it was a great investment that we will enjoy for years to come.

They found the leak in my pond that I've been trying to find for months. Update- New England Aquatic Landscaping has been serving my pond for two years. They’ve done a great job every time and I would highly recommend their services to anyone with a pond.

We are thrilled with our pond that NE Aquatic built for us. It is the perfect haven in our backyard and has given us great peace and relaxation during COVID. Their team was professional, prompt and worked long hours to make sure that they completed the job on time. They came up with a great design and paid a lot of attention to the little details, like adding a moss covered branch and what it would look like from our 3 season room and deck. They thoughtfully made it look as natural as possible and to blend in to the surroundings. It has been effectively zero maintenance since we installed it 2 months ago.
Neighbors ask about it all the time.
Thanks for helping us to create a whole new attraction to our home that gives us joy every day. Now we just need to finish the landscape!

New England Aquatics just came out to my house to get my pond opened for the season. Having just purchased this home and not knowing anything about ponds I couldn’t have been happier with their service, professionalism, and willingness to educate me on how to care for the pond in between their visits. 10 out of 10 and would recommend them to anyone who owns a pond!

We highly recommend New England Aquatic Landscaping. Our garden pond had served us well for many years, but time (and lack of attention) took its toll on what was once the center piece of our property. Lucky for us, we chose NEAL to consult with us on restoring its original beauty. We were so lucky we did. Their team made a thorough analysis of the condition of the pond and what it would take to restore its beauty. What we didn't expect, beyond the restoration itself, was their expert advice on the proper routine maintenance that we had negleted in the past. We couldn't be happier with the work they did and with the advice they gave us for future maintenance. We highly recommend you give them a call if you are interested in installing a water feature or if your existing feature needs restoration. They're real, down to earth experts in this field.

We use Sunshine for yard and snow maintenance. They always do a good job, and can usually fit last minute requests in within a day or so.

I paid over $3000.00 for them to reorganize plants and shrubs on my property to look better. They made it look worse and 90% of their plants died. When I spoke with a customer service rep, he agreed that it looked terrible. Then the owner told us and I quote " We met our obligations on that property". It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. This co. deserves both barrels and I will be posting on other sites as well. I take great pride in my property and this co. more or less destroyed it.
Shame on your customer service and horrific layout.
Owner cares nothing about good business practice or basic respect.

Used Sunshine for 7yrs they WERE fantastic. Had to stop using—Fast forward 5 yrs…called for a estimate, guy was coming out…never came to door, never made an attempt… etc. called and asked what happened. An EXTREMELY rude woman screamed at me that I wasn’t home & I said I was and she screamed WE DO T WANT YOUR BUSINESS & slammed down the phone!!! So much for repeat business.
I emailed the owner Steve Crowe & explained the situation and asked for him to at least respond back and he did not…. I am shocked at how BAD this company is now and how they treat customers. DO NOT use them!!! With the economy headed downward, they will be out of business sooner than later… Too bad they just don’t give a s*** —- their loss!!

We called Sunshine Landscaping Co. 2 months ago after we had just purchased our new home. It was obvious we needed lawn care. I found Sunshine on Yelp and they came out immediately. They’ve done a great job and we couldn’t be more pleased! Everyone that we have dealt with, from the office staff to the landscapers, mowers, etc. have all been great! We’re very happy with this company!

Purchased a Multi-family that had the lawn taken care of for years previous to the purchase by Sunshine Landscaping and was plowed seasonally by them as well. The yard is a patch of weeds broken up with the occasional dead spot. I kept them on for a year and it's still a weed patch. My personal experience with their service was that they show up once every two weeks to mow for 15 mins and nothing else. I cancelled my service with them and never looked back.

As for their plow service. They broke the neighbors fence and pulled up the edging stones before I purchased the property. I also kept the plow service for 1 season after the purchase and found the service mediocre at best. Half-hearted tries to get everywhere the snow fell and absolutely never did more then one pass. I often had to shovel afterwards just to get by. Though they did show up every time.

I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Sunshine mowed my lawn for free this summer through the GreenCare for Troops program. They were always friendly, professional, and did a great job taking care of my lawn. I would definitely recommend their services!

Had to leave a review. I live behind a vacant lot and this company, for years, has REPEATEDLY blown garbage and debris from the lot into my backyard rather than cleaning it up like they are hired. It happened again about 5 minutes ago. Instead of blowing the debris and leaves towards the street (which they’d actually have to clean up) they choose to blow it against/through my fence and then it all becomes my problem. If you’re going to take a job maintaining a lot, stop making the litter you should be cleaning up MY and my neighbors responsibility. Next time you return I will be over the fence making sure you stop doing it. Blow to the west, not the east. I’ve had it.

My wife and I have used Sunshine Landscaping for about 15 years on two different homes I have owned. We have always found them to be responsive, reasonable, and to do a good job. We use them for plowing in the winter as well and they always get us plowed and sanded in good time.
