I shopped for the best price and based on referrals - the highest quality service I could find . Thankfully I found La Croix Heating and Cooling . The crew came today and did everything the owner (Wes) promised when he came to my house for the estimate . They were extremely professional and very knowledgeable.
Right now I'm sitting in quiet comfort while the humidity is rising outside !! As part of their follow up the staff is now helping me process the rebate paperwork . I couldn't be happier with the service or the cost !

Excellent service done on my heat pump/split mini system.

LaCroix did a full-home heating replacement at my single family house in Natick. I had two central AC condensers, ductwork, and an oil burner (forced hot air). The ACs were getting long in the tooth and oil is pricey so I replaced the ACs with heat pumps and backup heat strips for the super cold days. I had three quotes and LaCroix was the fairest. The team of installers also took care to re-use existing wiring boards to save me some money even though it was not easy as they were a little quirky. Great experience overall and would easily recommend - thank you to Brian, Sean and Jim for all the work on the installs, wiring, and cleanup. They also helped with the MASS SAVE incentives/paperwork (I got a HEAT loan and also the whole-home heat replacement rebate.) Highly recommended.

LaCroix provided VERY competent hard working installers for our 6 indoor minisplits and two outdoor units by Fujitsu. They completed the job on s schedule, the system works well, heats the house comfortably and is QUIET. Their price was the best we received and the estimate allowed us to qualify for a MassSave 7 year interest free heat loan. We are VERY satisfied.

Well done! All aspects of the process were great, from beginning to the end of the project. Communication, timeliness, workmanship, etc. I applaud you team. I would make one recommendation only. Send an installer with your sales rep. to better explain and show in more detail some of the aspects of the installation and placement of certain equipment. Take a bow LaCroix.....you've earned it!.

The folks over at LaCroix did a great job installing a new AC system. It was a bit of a tough job given the existing heating/cooling infrastructure we had, but the team made it work. Thank you to Jimmy, Shawn, and Harrison for coming over and making magic happen. Thanks to Dave as well for the quote. Overall, I would definitely recommend them any time someone needs a job done.

Very good service and very professional, we are appreciating for their installation service!
But now after few months running, we have found power capacity issue that always shut down water heater system during heating system running, so that reason was they didn't following power designing rule to add additional power. We have called them until now they did not give us answer.

We are very pleased with the recent installation of our mini split system from LaCroix. They listened to our questions and suggested a ceiling mounted cassette system because the positioning of the units in our rooms did not lend to using outside walls. The install team arrived on time and explained everything in detail and discussed with us what to expect and kept us in the loop as situations arose so there were no surprises.
Tyler, Nate and Sean were very neat and professional in their work habits and left our home neat and clean each day after work. They took care in listening to my concerns and offered insight as to how to answer my questions about the project. I would strongly recommend LaCroix to anyone looking for a professional team of experts who can handle any situations that may arise during the sales and installation process. Great communication. Price was competitive. Left the work area cleaner than it was when they started. Took pride in the job. Craftsmanship was outstanding.

Just had my old HVAC system replaced with a Bosch 96% efficient gas furnace and a compatible 5 ton Bosch Heat Pump. I had many quotes but LaCroix beat them all. Wes was very informative as to what system would work best for me and what will save me the most money on my heating and cooling bills. I researched what he told me and he was correct on all issues. The installation which is critical to performance was done by Jimmy and he did an outstanding job along with the rest of the crew. I highly recommend this company for their price, service and follow up (Diana) in helping me get the rebates being afforded to me.

It was a real pleasure working with LaCroix. They made things so easy and seamless for us and did a great job on our mini-splits. They even helped us submit our rebate request for us as well (basically we didn't need to deal with any paperwork)! We have recently engaged with LaCroix Heating & Cooling for the installation of a whole-house mini-split system. This was a project that we have been looking into for a few years and were finally able to move forward with it. The salesman David was very easy going and did not try to push any of his sales incentives. He listened to our concerns/thoughts and walked through the whole property as we discussed our thoughts/ideas. In the end, his quote was what we had requested, 2 different scenarios. The quote was easily readable, and we could understand where/what each room was being outfitted with. We had a few questions during the process, and he got back to us in a reasonable period and answered all our questions.
After we decided to hire LaCroix, we were put on the production schedule and within 2 weeks the material and crew arrived on the day promised. Our technicians (Tyler & Nate) were very professional and thorough, before starting we walked throughout the house and reviewed all rooms/locations. They got to work and were clean, and respectful during their 2-3 days here. They worked through the most hot and humid days in July and still cleaned up each area at the end of each day. The operations manager, Brian, worked to get an issue resolved with a subcontractor as quickly as possible (keeping the job on time) and kept us in the loop throughout the entire project. Diana in the office has been excellent helping with the MassSave paperwork for the financing as well as the rebate process. She scheduled the installation and was always there to answer any questions.
Overall, the decision to hire LaCroix Heating and Cooling was excellent. The owner, Wes, even reached out during the process to check in and make sure we were comfortable with the process. I will be recommending them to anyone who is looking for a heating/cooling contractor.

Every review I have read about LaCroix Heating and Cooling, was spot on. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. They explained my options and answered every question I had. The installation crew showed up on time and stayed until the job was complete. They were terrific. Diana was so friendly and helpful. She always return my calls and completed the rebate forms for my units.

Cant say enough about this company. From the first inquiry to the final walk through after install, these guys were top notch and efficient. They were very clean and professional and kept you updated throughout the whole process. With great pricing, there were no surprises at the end of the job. We had a really excellent experience with LaCroix. Our house, a triple-decker in Boston, was a very challenging project to plan out for heat pumps / mini-splits, and Diana, Mike, Bryan and others worked with us thoughtfully to think through a number of good options. The install itself was really excellent: careful work, skillfully executed, and everyone took great care of our house while lugging up some very large machinery and installing things through soffits and closets. We were really impressed, and the heat pumps are working great! Big thanks to this skilled, careful crew; I doubt you can do better in Boston.

We had several mini splits installed in our house a few weeks ago. The mini splits are functioning well. The install was very quick, across two days. They were also able to get us on their books pretty quickly after figuring out our loan situation. My fiance had a really good customer service experience with the man who came out to our home to evaluate our property. They helped us utilize Mass Save so we got a rebate.

The reason I am leaving four stars is due to the lack of care during the installation. All of our brand new mini splits were left very dirty, scuffs and dirt on the walls, a lot of debris from the attic left behind in closet, brand new white headboard marked, cigarette butts on our roof, flowers that weren’t in the way of installation found trampled. My final straw that has led me to this review was finding someone’s mostly eaten McDonald’s quarter pounder on a bookshelf in my basement just now, box left open for the bugs to get to. For a 30k project, I would just expect more professionalism and respect for our home.

I would highly recommend this company! Every person we dealt with was so helpful. The heat pumps that were installed were high quality. From the first step from where they would be placed in our home to the final installation was seamless. Also should any questions or issues arise I feel comfortable knowing I can always reach out to Wes and his staff and get a response/help in a timely manner. They always call you back! Also, Thank you Diana for taking care of the Heat Loan rebate so quickly! So glad I chose this company! Again, I highly recommend!

From the initial consultation to the project completion everything was A-1. The entire work crew was excellent. Would highly recommend.

I've used LaCroix Heating and Cooling in the past and that's why I went back to them with our most recent mini-split purchase and installation. They're reasonable, friendly, efficient and on time.

Superior service call. Our mini split was in desperate need of a cleaning and it was handled by a real pro (Brian). Looking forward to more years of use and will definitely call on LaCroix again.
