We reached out to New England Aquatic Landscaping when our original pond company stopped responding. Tim reached out right away and got us on the calendar for a long overdue cleaning. Now they’re helping us troubleshoot and rehabilitate our old pond. They really care about ponds and love what they do.

The team at New England Aquatics always does a fantastic job cleaning my pond every spring and general maintenance throughout the year. They are always super responsive to any questions or concerns and treat you like a member of the family.

The pond restoration project created by New England Aquatic Landscaping for us resulted in a water garden much improved from the previous configuration and aesthetically very pleasing.

During the planning process Sean listened carefully to our goals, concerns and expectations as we discussed our vision for the project.

The team brought a variety of materials to create the new pond: rubber lining, large stones, and sand to help form and stabilize the new two tiered waterfall feature.

During the re-build Shawn was a very good communicator, made sure we were informed about each step of the process and was happy to answer any questions which came up.

Since it has been years since the last pond clean-up a lot of work was needed. They were a hard working crew on a long hot day.

The crew took great care with our fish — they made sure they weren’t traumatized and were handled very carefully. They even counted them and we were happy to know all were ok at the completion of the job.

Now with the pond so much clearer with all the bottom debris gone and excess plants removed the fish seem to really appreciate their new environment — they are much more active!

All in all we could tell that Shawn and his team takes a lot of pride and enjoyment in what they do and we could see that in the end result of the job they did for us here.

New England Aquatic Landscaping came to look at our pond and water feature in the house we recently bought. The cleaned everything, removed Lilly pads, replace the pump and bubbler. They told us how to feed our fish, and what needed to be fixed in the water feature. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and competent.

Awesome service. Last week, we got zapped during the lightning storm during the night. So, in the morning, the pump was not working even though I had reset the breaker in the panel. So, I called New England Aquatic to report my problem. Lucky for me, Zak was in my area and replaced the transformer and got me running again. My first time using NE Aquatic for my koi pond and they totally earn 5☆. Shawn answered my questions, gave me helpful tips on feeding (apparently koi love watermelon). Our pond looks great.

Just wanted to say thank you to Tim and Zach from New England Aquatic landscaping service. We moved into our home five years ago and had been enjoying our koi pond, but we were never pleased with the water clarity and all the debris in the bottom. We reached out to several companies, but no one would follow up with us. Until I called and spoke to Tim. Tim asked for photos and asked me many questions about the koi pond. He told me he would be back in touch and we would see his crew within a few weeks. Sure enough, I received a text saying we were on their schedule and we would see them very soon.
Zach came out to the house and spent several hours on the pond, emptying the water, cleaning out the debris, cutting and trimming some of the plants and readjusting the rocks. Zach was amazing. He answered my questions and best of all helped me understand how to properly care for the pond. He gave me suggestions about plantings and even what fish I should purchase.
Our pond looks amazing. We are so thrilled to have the pond working well. It's so beautiful and peaceful.

10/10 service. We have worked with this wonderful family company for years and have had the best experience. Zak has been instrumental in helping us get the most enjoyment out of our pond. We moved to our house and inherited a very sad looking pond 10 years ago, with the help of the entire team we grew to love it and while we started with 3 koi we ended with 26 beauties! Shaun and his team hit the ground running every day from start to finish. They always kept us updated on what they were doing, asked us for our input, and were always courteous and respectful. It was a great experience to witness the project come together from start to finish and we couldn't be any happier with the result. We are thoroughly enjoying our first full season with our pond. The spring opening and cleaning went smoothly with the staff providing lots of tips and information. We are watching our koi grow and become more active by the day. Makes for a wonderful spot to peacefully sit, reflect, nap, etc.

I have a new patio adjacent to the water feature and they took special care to leave it in the same excellent condition from when they started. I also have a family member who is immune compromised; Shawn and Tim both wore medical masks when directly interacting with me (truly decent people). The finished project looks incredible! Our formal pond, 25 years old, had a slow leak that has getting worse over the years. Finally we decided to learn what could be done. Turned to New England Aquatic Landscaping who we’ve used for years for the yearly cleaning.

After consulting with Shawn, we came to the conclusion that the only thing to do was to take the pond apart and completely rebuild. He gave us a proposal that detailed the scope of the work and the materials needed. And said that they could do it in 4 days!

On the start date, Shawn and his team showed up and setup the holding tanks for the 25+ year old koi. and a collection of goldfish. They proceed to dismantle the pond, move the plants, the huge stones that provided steps across the pond and numbered all the border stones. All the team members worked together smoothly. By the 3rd day they were installing the new liner and rebuilding the structures for the stones and plants. And they met their 4 day target, filling the pond and getting the fish and plants in place. There was some shuffling of stones etc towards the end of the project in order to recreate the original design.

All this was documented by their videographer and posted to their YouTube channel @iloveponds as “Is your pond leaking” and others,

They were a great team. They worked well together, knew what they were doing, and met their deadlines. They kept telling us that they loved their job, how great is that!

Shawn and the crew came out to my place to install this amazing water fixture , they were on scheduling on time and very professional! I love New England aquatic landscape!

I bought a home in the spring that had a beautiful waterfall built into the back deck & surrounding landscape. I had no experience with such a landscaping feature & I’m mechanically challenged but I found the I Love Ponds contact info on the basin cover & emailed them. I explained that I was having problems getting the motor running properly. Tim Cutroni called himself and tried to walk me through it. I was unable to figure it out. Even though it was their busiest time of the year and I was nearly 45 minutes away, he had a technician at my house within a couple days who had it up and running quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed the waterfall, the peacefulness it brought and the tiny wildlife it attracted all summer and into the fall, not only from the deck and surrounding area but from the kitchen window and the dining room slider. The waterfall is not a huge feature as there was not a lot of land available and there’s no pond but the thought and planning that clearly went into the space available was amazing. Tim even made the arrangements to get the waterfall shut down with the upmost professionalism I have seen in awhile. Thank you so much to Tim and his crew!!
