Constraction reviews in Chicopee, Massachusetts

We hired Cedar Falls for a roofing job and I can’t express how happy we are! The job was completed in a day and the work is amazing!
The crew was professional and cleaned up the entire yard! You wouldn’t have known they were even there
And… Cedar Falls beat my other estimates
I highly recommend
Next up- siding!!!

Rich and his family of guys are the most caring and compassionate group of people I have ever come across in my life. They turned a horrible 2 year nightmare into a miracle, in just 2 short months. Rich and his guys, were super helpful, and personable and let us know updates all throughout the process. We recommend him to everyone we know.

I've hired Rich and his crew to refinish my basement and carport before we sold our house. I've also recommended them to a couple friends with emergency needs. They both subsequently hired them to do their work.

Rich and his team offer the best in craftsmanship, friendliness and professionalism. Rich has always been responsive and flexible to our needs. Project pricing was fair and reasonable for the amount of work we had done.

We were concerned that the work wouldn't get done in time to list the house but that was never a worry for the crew. We sold the house and made a much bigger profit because of the fine work of Cedar Falls.

We are planning a new kitchen in the future and there's no doubt who our contractor will be.

As a side note, Rich is a veteran and actively supports veteran causes. Rich and his team also rebuilt the Harmony House in Chicopee, a hospice home. He even allowed me to volunteer on the renovation project which was very interesting and rewarding.

I hired Rich Rivet and his team for an extensive remodel. He is the utmost professional and very responsive. He has a great team that showed up on time every day and worked hard to meet project deadlines.

Rich made constant check in's with us and the project flowed in a very organized manner. When we were up against any challenge during the remodel he was there to help us problem solve and get the right people in to help us. We are so pleased with how beautiful our home looks now and I would work with Cedar Falls Construction again in the future for any home renovation needs. He cares about his client and will go the extra mile to ensure that you are happy with the results.

Rich did a wonderful job with our home. He built a very large addition to an existing older home that is concrete, and also remodeled the existing kitchen/living room. This was not an easy task as you can imagine, however Rich and his crew worked tirelessly and the end result is truly amazing. He has the patience of a saint and his vision for our home exceeded our expectations. His staff are extremely knowledgeable, hardworking, and a joy to be around. Rich is not only professional, but personable and willing to do his all. Thank you Rich for all you have done. Our home is incredible!!

First and foremost, in advance I want to say, Thank You! To Richard Rivet and his incredible team.

Last year we had a fire at our home in Westfield, I called around to many contractors and I just wasn't pleased with their responses nor their transparency. When I reached out to Richard at Cedar Falls Construction, he was very professional, and I was impressed with his knowledge of home building and fire reconstruction. From the beginning and often throughout the process, he always said, I work for you and it's all going to be ok, and you're going to be back into a beautiful, brand-new home. Richard didn't disappoint and he really delivered with all of our construction needs and more.

When I was having problems in the beginning with the Remediation company that I had previously hired, Richard referred me to Patrick at Quality Restoration, and that same day his team came in and started the process, effectively and efficiently. Whenever I had questions, and needed reassurance, Richard was there and available by phone and more times often than any, would meet me down at my property to discuss and review with me, any of my concerns or alleviate any anxieties. Richard skillfully navigated through the insurance process with extreme success, and we truly worked as a team during the whole process from start to finish.

When it comes to craftsmanship, quality and attention to details, Cedar Falls is second to no one. To Richard and his entire team of workers and sub-contractors, me and my wife can't say enough about how completely satisfied we are with the finished product of our home. On a side note, Richard is veteran, and a thoughtful and meticulous individual who is very passionate about his work. Anyone should be fortunate to have Cedar Falls Construction hired for their contracting needs.
Thank you, Richard we truly have a beautiful home, and I can truly say this was more than a business venture, we also made a new friend!

Extremely happy homeowner of our newly reconstructed home!

Rich and his crew have come through for my family time and time again! One phone call and they get the job done, fast courteous and professional. I can’t say enough about this company. No matter the size or scope of the job, tell them what you need and it gets done in the timeframe you need it done in. Extremely good to work with, reasonable pricing and fast communication. Veteran owned and operated! I will continue to use his company for years to come! Very satisfied customer!!!

Rich is an amazing guy! He is very friendly and understanding. He goes extra miles to help you. He has a very supportive and skilled team to get the job done. He recently finished a project for me which I am very satisfied with. I would strongly recommend him for any building project!

Very good company to work with. Richard was very honest and easy going. Not many honest people left these days. Recommend 100%

I would sincerely like to thank Rich Rivet of Cedar Falls Construction and his team for an amazing job.

My family and I experienced a house fire, after which our home was deemed condemned. From the night of the fire until the repairs were completed, Mr. Rivet and his team have been amazing. From structural repairs to redesigning the inside of my home, there has been nothing they couldn't fix. My family and I are extremely happy with the work that was done by Cedar Falls Construction, and I have and will continue to recommend Cedar Falls Construction to my family and friends.

Highly recommend. After they did an awesome job on our roof, we hired them to redo our front porch. Extremely professional and reliable and the porch came out fantastic! Could not ask for a better price or a better contractor.

Rich and his entire crew were incredible to work with! I would recommend them to anyone. Incredible quality work, fair and reasonable prices, and a friendly and easy to work with personality to boot. At every turn, Rich reminded us that “we were the boss” and had a service minded attitude about our basement and bathroom renovation. He checked in each day, was timely in communication, and ultimately transformed our ugly space into a gorgeous basement space for our family to use for the rest of our lives. Highly recommend!

After a year of run around from other contractors, we hired Cedar Falls Construction to replace our deck and re-side our home. Rich and Tom, the siding expert, were incredibly professional and attentive to our thoughts, concerns, ideas , and never ending questions throughout the entire project. Tom and I chatted every morning his crew was working, about the status of the project and how it was coming along. Rich communicated most every day about the project and any issues that arose during the process. The entire crew was respectful, hard working, and professional. You could really see the pride they took in their work. They were also always willing to answer any questions I had whenever I popped my head out. I was able to work remotely every day during the project with no issues at all. We absolutely LOVE our new deck and I don't think there has been a day we have not used it since the project was completed. Thank you so much!!!

The crew at Cedar Falls Construction did a fabulous job putting our warehouse space back together after having a large fire in late 2022. The staff was very patient and worked with us throughout the insurance process to ensure that we would love the new space when it was complete. I have attached some before and after photos of the space that show the amazing transformation.❤

Rich and his team from Cedar Falls Construction absolutely exceeded our expectations with our new siding and windows. From day one, their professionalism stood out—clear communication, punctual crews, and a team of LOVELY individuals that genuinely cared about doing things the right way. The craftsmanship is outstanding; every detail was handled with precision, and the final result completely transformed our home. Our house looks incredible, and you can tell the work was done with pride and expertise.
What truly sets Cedar Falls Construction apart, though, is their compassion—especially for first-time homeowners like us. Home projects always come with unexpected twists and turns, and instead of adding stress, they guided us through each decision with patience, honesty, and reassurance. They took the time to explain options, address concerns, and make sure we felt confident every step of the way. If you’re looking for a construction company that combines top-tier workmanship with genuine care for their clients, Cedar Falls Construction is the team you want. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Cedar Falls Construction has been renovating one of our prized historic properties, and their work has been exceptional. From historically accurate replica windows and finely detailed trim work to seamlessly integrating modern mechanical systems, everything has been executed with absolute precision and professionalism.

I’ve worked with many general contractors over the years, and Cedar Falls Construction is the best around — hands down. Their attention to detail, respect for historic fabric, and overall craftsmanship truly set them apart. Highly recommend.

I hired Cedar Falls Construction to side my house, add a balcony to the third floor & remodel my back deck. I am extremely happy with how all of these projects turned out! Both Rich and Tom were always pleasant to talk to and answered all my detailed questions letting me know as the customer, it was important to them that I was happy with how the project was going and with the end result. Also their crew were friendly and respectful. Neighbors still stop as they walk by to say how beautiful the new siding turned out and how impressed they are with the hard work and effort they saw was put into the installation. I am grateful that I made the choice to work with Cedar Falls Construction for these projects!
