I’ve only used this service once so far, however I was very happy and I’m going to be using it again.

I’m extremely disappointed with this cleaning company. They completely disrespected my woman’s time by canceling her appointment without even confirming or notifying her in advance. She had planned her entire day around this, only to find out last minute that they weren’t coming. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If you can’t honor your commitments or at least communicate properly, you shouldn’t be in this business. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values their time.

Had my faux wood blinds cleaned and they did a great job. Ladies were very nice and worked effectively to get the job done.

Just started with them and wish I had done it sooner!! The team I was sent worked so hard and did an amazing job! Put my own cleaning to shame. Definitely will be continuing with them. Also the owner was very good with communicating with me for anything I needed to know.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They canceled my appointment without confirming it with me, leaving me completely blindsided. I was really looking forward to being serviced by them, but their lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. They showed no accountability for their actions and didn’t even bother to apologize, just a dismissive “oh well.” If you value good customer service, I recommend looking elsewhere. This company clearly doesn’t prioritize their clients.

Miria and Erica came to clean a friend's house before it is put on the real estate market. It is a relatively old house which was in need of a deep clean due to the owner going into assisted living and the house being empty for several months.

They spent the whole day there, cleaning windows, carpets, walls and appliances. It is truly sparkling now and sale ready.

I have used CFB Cleaning for many years from my rental properties and my own home. I tried numerous companies and they did the best job by far!!

The ladies who came out to clean did a fantastic job - the house looks better than it has in years. They were very thorough. Communication with the main office is very prompt by both email and text message. I would highly recommend CF&B Cleaning to anyone.

Amazing job, needed a big push at the end of a move out, was able to schedule within 48 hours of the clean. They bring all their own supplies, very professional and easy to work with, and the result is incredible. Was worried about how the carpets would turn out after 7 years of toddler abuse, they look great. Will definitely be hiring them at the new house for regular maintenance cleaning.

Their pricing is also great. I described my home, they gave me an estimate, I told them it seemed a little low for the work that needed done, but I was fine with paying more once the full scope was realized. After the job, they called in, said the cost was the estimate, and they didn't need more money. Stand up way to do business, and they earned a customer for life. Stand up business!
