We have been using Happy Home Maid Services for many years now. They have been very consistent with the quality of the work, the friendliness of the staff and the owner Laura is just the best! I highly recommend them!

I am extremely disappointed in this service. I booked them to clean as a surprise for my mother and it was a disaster. To clarify the owners previous response. We had a very clear conversation about the size of the house the makeup of the house prior to coming to clean. I am not sure why they were surprised it was so big. There were areas that were simply missed and for almost $500 there is no excuse. This was supposed to be considered a “deep clean” and it just was not. I have multiple pictures of areas that were “missed” including the kitchen sink, areas in bedrooms, and basic all around the house.

Initially the people who came were very nice, but once this concern was addressed there was not much of a solution involved. Not whether it be partial reimbursement, nothing.

These reviews are not to close down a local business, but they are to make others aware that this services was not worth the amount of money paid. I wouldn’t wan someone else to pay this amount and get a result like this.

We’ve been using Happy Home Maid Service for several years. Laura and her ladies are all very thorough, and are just nice people. We’ve recommended them to many friends and ISO posts, and will happily continue to do so.

Will came on short notice, right before we host Thanksgiving dinner! We're doing renovations at our house, so the dust was everywhere. Will did a thorough job and was professional, courteous, and polite. Thank you, Happy Home Maid Service!

Kelly is great! She's my usual person, though there are several employees, so you don't always get the same person. The company is easy to reach via email, call or text, very responsive, and does a great job!

If I could give Jess more than 5 stars I would! This is the first service in all the years I have had people cleaning my home that I am completely satisfied each and every time! I appreciate having the same person each week so I never have to explain what I would like to have done. I recommend Happy Home Maid to all my clients!

I have used this service for several years. The owners schedule the cleanings to accommodate my requests. All of the women who have been to my house have worked hard and done an excellent job.I would especially like to recommend Kelly as an outstanding cleaner. She always leaves the house in pristine condition.

My husband and I are so happy that Jelytza comes to our home for cleaning services. She does a great job and is thorough and very pleasant. I look forward to seeing here every other Friday and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for cleaning services.

It was wonderful to come home to a clean house. They did all the dusting, made our beds (we placed the sheets to be changed in the bed), cleaned every surface within reach. We look forward to our continued service for ease of mind and comfort. They left us a very cute plant and a happy holiday card too; a very genuine personal touch.

This was my first time ever using a housecleaning service, and I was fully satisfied. I would recommend Happy Home — and Jelytza in particular — to anyone. Jelytza was thorough, detail-oriented, friendly, professional and kind to my clingy pets as a bonus. My house has never looked better. I'll definitely be requesting her again!

She goes above and beyond and checks in with us each and every time before leaving to ensure that we are satisfied with the service.

I’ve been using this service off and on for a few years and have always been happy. Staff is wonderful, pleasant and very professional and with great personality! The owner has always been very accommodating to our schedule and runs a great business. When I ask for a little something extra one week, they take care of it. They have always wanted to please us as customers and all I have to do is ask for what I want. Communication is key! And they can’t read our minds! They work hard and want to make their customers happy. I know they would always do right by me and I would never knock them down over a dust bunny left behind. I trust they will always make things right but I’ve never had to ask them to do a better job, they do great and I feel comfortable asking if I need a little extra work done and usually there is no extra cost for a simple request and their prices are already very fair!

Jelytza has been my house cleaner and has been doing a great job. She’s attentive, polite and very thorough. I haven’t found any issues with the work she has done. She pays attention to detail and completes her work in a timely manner. I look forward to having her on a biweekly basis.

I have worked with Laura and her team off and on for about 5 years. I need an extra hand with my house during my busy season, and she’s always so flexible to our needs. Her girls all work hard, and do a great job. They also love my dog, who is quite a handful. I’m relieved when I come home and everything is tidied up and clean. We plan to hire her and the team to clean for us when we sell our rental property as well. Thank you so much for always taking care of us Laura! You guys are the best!

In general we’ve been very happy with this company! And our current cleaner, Kelly, is very thorough, efficient , and listens to any special requests you might have. She is also very personable, and and even left us a cute gift for the holidays! Truly the only suggestion I would make is for the office to avoid the last minute time changes. :-)

Virginia Colon arrived promptly at 9:00 to do a deep cleaning of our condo/apartment. She worked for 4 hours and did an excellent job. Everything is spotless and she was a joy to work with.
