Trugreen works hard to satisfy my needs. I have had issues with fungus & tunneling rodents & they provided several added treatments to restore a beauriful lawn.

I can always count on the technicians from True Green who service my account they are always courteous and always do a complete job. today’s technician James, as always was very courteous, informative and does a complete job and never has to be watched.

Robert G from True Green just applied my tick/mosquito treatment completely to all areas and then checked with me to ensure I was satisfied with the job he did.

Jon was fantastic, he understood that I had to get my dogs under control before we could talk, he explained all to me thoroughly.
It was an overall excellent experience.
I am not saying that the other technicians were any less professional, I just wasn’t home when they came and did their job.

Colin took the time to detail the applications he would apply today. He also gave me details on when to water in the chemicals he applied today. He's a really friendly and polite guy! Big thanks to everyone at Tru-Green!!

Xavier listened to our concerns about our lawn, which needs to be repaired. Unfortunately he was not given notes about our concerns before he arrived to do our monthly service. We had called a week before and spoke with 2 people who said they would put it in the notes. We are now waiting to get repair people here. We do not feel this was Xavier's fault. He did a great job.

Robert did a very nice job looking at my yard with me. He was very professional as well as knowledgeable. My thanks to the time he spent explaining concerns I brought up.

I’d like to commend your employee Matt for doing a great job of aerating and seeding today. A very personable employee!!
I hope he puts in his notes that there is crabgrass in our lawn but I guess you can’t do anything right now since it was seeded. Please take a look at it the next application is done!!!

First, I am totally against lawn care companies that polute our earth with their chemicles. We have never used chemicles in our yard because we are very bee friendly, thus I was floored to see a TruGreen lawn care truck at our house when I pulled into our driveway. The tech, sprayed our whole yard with glyphosate (Roundup), as he got the wrong address. Say goodbye to our milkweed, lupen, clover, crocus and all our other wildflowers. Have it all on camera but unfortunately no recourse.

for right now I’m still going to give this company four stars. The lawn has been looking great when they came at the end of June. We were away for six days and it was really hot. We came back and I noticed that there was a significant brown spot near the edge of our grass, where it meets the road. I called Trugreen to send a text out to inspect and he told me that it was fertilizer burn he told me it was going to be 100% covered and that they would fix the damage. He was extremely understanding and knowledgeable compared to the previous guy who came out to fertilize the lawn I will still continue to use them going forward, and hope of this situation gets resolved

Horrible from the first visit..on my first appointment the were supposed to aerator and seed..when I got home I saw one row of aeration and no seed..after calling and complaining they sent someone again..this person completely disregarded one whole side of my yard..needless to say I canceled my year contract immediately...please dont hire them if u want ur yard looking good

Kevin came out to try to identify problem brown spots in our yard. He was able to find the problem (a tiny bug was eating the roots) and also a fungus. He said they will come out to take care of the problem. He explained everything to me. He was very patient and helpful. I feel so much better now that someone has found the problem and has a solution. Kevin was great!

I have had Trugreen for a few years now. When you have excellent technicians like Scott and Jonathan, Xavier Cora they bust their butts whether it’s scorching hot or raining, they get the job done with a smile and a friendly attitude.
These are the kind of guys that make the company great.
It all doesn’t happen without fantastic managers like Sara in the office.

Technician was very professional. He knocked my door to inform me he's here to do the first application for the year. He tried best to answer my questions regarding lawn care, for something he was sure he said he could check with his boss to get answer. He was good.

Robert is knowledgeable about this business and specifically for my lawn. He is patient, understanding, answers my questions and concerns. He gives credible advice which I can understand. He’s also very professional and friendly. He’s a great asset to TruGreen and hope he can continue providing my lawn service for the future!

If I could give this company negative stars I would. We bought the TruHealth package in March of 2021. This included weed control, fertilization, and “tailored lawn treatment”. To this date they have treated our lawn a total of 3 times each treatment taking 5 minutes, and have charged us every month since then claiming they will give us 2 more treatments… and it’s mid September. We have a sprinkler system that is used 4-5 times a week which they claim we are not doing enough watering. We continuously call and they tell us a day and when the day comes they never show. Our lawn looks even worse than when it started. Most recently they claimed they stopped by our house and provided a treatment giving “live updates”. I was home and have a ring doorbell that shows the entire view of the front yard and no sign of Trugreen. They are complete scammers. Please do not give them any business
