Had to have a new gas boiler installed in my house. Mike was very professional, was able to work with my timeline, and did an awesome job at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Mike was great! He was very knowledgeable, professional and has a great personality. He got my furnace back up running quickly. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

At first, communication was great. Answered on a Saturday morning and started with some troubleshooting questions before deciding to stop by to look at it quickly. Mike text me to let me know it would cost $200 to show up and $150/hr plus parts. He arrived 25 min later, which was nice. About 20-25 minutes after his arrival, it was fixed. He indicated that there was a couple of things that he essentially jimmied to get it to work Including “scraping” some dirt off the ignition switch. He indicated that I would still need a full service maintenance cleaning but it’s working for now. He then tells me it’s going to be $600! I’m not sure how $200 + $150 and parts after 25 minutes turned to $600 and all he did was scrape some dirt off it. Then he proceeds to tell me it’s an emergency service what would you rather $600 or broken pipes. This guy was the most unpleasant business professional I’ve ever had the displeasure to conduct any business with. Please be aware.

I never used Integrity before, I was presently surprised with the outstanding customer service I received. I called in the late morning Mike showed up about 45 minutes later. I thought I'd be charged accordingly for the quick service, but again I was presently surprised. So, If you are looking for a company with terrific customer service and fair pricing with no surprises like "Emergency Service Fee" call Integrity Heating and Cooling. I can honestly say without any quams about it I recommend Mike from Integrity HVAC. I bet you will feel the same way I do and want to spread the news. Thank you for the opportunity for my review.

John was professional, very informative and job done right. Came back same day so we would have heat. Definitely our new HVAC company.

I know I will never use this company for anything, just based on their driving. Their driver (in a road rage?) just sits at green lights not moving on a busy afternoon for what? If it wasn’t road rage then the guy might as well be Helen Keller. Green light and plenty of horn honking. Loser.

I called them to check my new house heat pump system as it was throwing very cold air during the defrost periods, and the outside unit fan won't stop during the defrost. They sent a tech who clearly said that he is not familiar with the system, and he did not look at the outside unit. he then found out the problem which was the backup heat. Then I waited about 10 days for two fuses to be replaced. They want to charge me too much for replaceing those two fuses. I paid them only the diagnostic chrage which was also too much. Also, they did not inform me the cost before sending the tech so I had no choice, but to pay them. I bought the two fuses online which cost me about 30% of what they asked. And I replaced them myself and save myself money and time. Lesson learned, I should have been looking for better company.

I called John the owner 2 times (5 days apart), regarding an annual cleaning and concern I was having with my boiler and he never called back...how could he not even extend the courtesy of a call?

Thankfully I found another company that sent someone out within days and found that the parts needed to repair my boiler are covered under warranty! I will be post a review for them after the follow up service is done!

Worst experience ever, told me it was going to cost an extra 175 dollars on top of 125 service call fee to tell me what was wrong with my dryer.
