I called because I have an issue with my dishwasher and I was told that the service fee and work would be more than what the dishwasher would be. He recommended I replace it so I appreciate the honesty. Def will be calling back when I come across any other issues

Our washer suddenly stopped working so I placed a call to a few repair shops. AR Service LLC was the first to call right back and Artem was able to come that afternoon. Unfortunately the part I needed was no longer available on a fairly new Samsung washer so he couldn't make the repair. Tim explained that to me after spending some time on the phone with Samsung. He wrote all this down on his receipt which really helped when I returned the washer for a full refund. Even though they didn't fix my washer they were both very helpful and they will be the only call I make when I need another appliance repair.

I would give this business 10 stars if I could! Tim was amazing and super knowledgable. We had a compressor that went out on our LG. He knew everything about how to get the parts covered by LG, had the parts shipped to him, and fixed our fridge--all within 3 days. His hourly rate is also super reasonable. It's so rare to find such an honest and dependable person to do this work. Can't speak highly enough of Tim!

Our Whirlpool refrigerator defroster was leaking water inside the freezer compartment, as well as overflowing onto the refrigerator shelves below. Lucky for us, Tim at Appliance Repair Service was able to work us in and quickly fixed the leak in less than an hour. We plan to call him again whenever we have any problems with our appliances. Tim is a treasure!

Achilles came out the same day we called. He diagnosed the problem with our washing machine right away. He suggested that, honestly, it would be financially better to replace it rather than pay for a very expensive repair! We would recommend him for any appliance repair.

He fixed water line issue on my refrigerator to get water dispenser and ice maker. Told me to call home if there any issues. Ice maker stopped making ice (no water). Tim responded and came by unfreeze the line feeding to the ice maker. He also redirected the lines away from the area that had rusted through.

We had an issue with our dryer and Tim was quick to respond and came out to diagnose first thing the next morning. He moved incredibly fast and identified the part we needed, and while he didn't have it on hand (not surprising since it's a ~20-year-old machine), got in an order and was back to finish the repair within 48 hours, communicative the whole time. As it happened, entirely separately, within that 48 hours our dishwasher also acted up and flooded the kitchen, so Tim was also able to take a look at that, and while the problem resolved itself, he identified the likely (temporary) culprit and I'm confident now we could have a fix quickly if/when it decides to do that again. Extremely efficient, totally reasonable costs that saved us enormous replacement prices, can't recommend working with Tim enough!

Definitely my go to company when in need of service. Called and within an hour service was complete on my dryer. Very professional and knowledgeable let me know everything he was fixing, and the cost was not out of site.
