Same day service. There was no heat from my dryer. He found the heat element had burned out. Quickly replaced it and cleaned out the vent hose. Very friendly and did a great job. Fast, too. In and out in under an hour. I highly recommend this company.

We called Artem when our refrigerator broke, and within a minute of describing the problem to him over the phone he already had a guess of what was probably wrong and what it would cost to fix it, and came right out to confirm what the problem was (his first guess was indeed correct). He had to order a new part to fix it, but came right back once the part was delivered and fixed it promptly. He was friendly and responsive through the whole process and now our refrigerator and freezer work great!
