just moved out of my flat in Manchester and honestly, I can’t recommend I’m Clean Services enough. A friend told me about them for my end-of-tenancy clean, and they were a lifesaver. They didn't just do a surface clean they actually got into the oven, the windows, and even the skirting boards. My landlord was super impressed, and I got my full deposit back with zero issues. Cristian did a great job at our 10 unit investment property with several projects including lawn restoration, walkway steps, spring clean up, shrub trimming and covering all or our beds with washed stone. He was very clean, punctual and the place looks great! Highly recommend

Heritage did a full hardscape last year and put in about 1000sq feet of fake grass/turf along with the hardscape. Did an awesome job. My one concern was how would the turf hold up in the New England winter, and this winter was definitely a cold/snowy one.
The turf held up great! Looks good as new now and we love our back yard and the look of the grass. I would highly encourage you to call Steve and his team if you are considering something like this. Just an awesome job.
I may end up doing the entire front lawn now...hahaha

Heritage did a wonderful job regrading a part of our yard that used to flood. They put in a French drain, pitched the yard toward the road and spread grass seed.

Val and his crew are awesome. We have used them to re-mortar a flagstone patio and repair holes in our stone wall. Their work is high quality and they’re a pleasure to work with.

Wanted to build a small brick retaining wall.
Val came over the next day and gave a fair estimate within 24 hrs.
Ordering material took 2 weeks, but when it arrived the work began immediately.
Work took 2 days with a crew of 3.
Very happy with the result.

This project involved laying down patio pavers, flag stone walkway and some flag stone steps going up a pretty steep "puddy stone" hill side.

I would check in from time to time and the guys were very nice and receptive to my inputs to what was being done. They fixed a minor issue that was not in the contract, which I appreciated. I want to complement them on their work, particularly on the steps going up the hill.

I will hire this company again when I have another project.

We've hired level 10 twice in the last year to help us with our projects. Last year they transformed our backyard into a outdoor entertainment space with a large patio, retaining wall, fire circle and granite stairs. This year they helped us with a large drainage project to keep our lawn and property dry. Both times the crew was on-time and professional and from the output of their work, it is clear they are experts at what they do. I would highly recommend Level 10 for anyone looking for a professional on their next landscaping project.

Needed to remove bittersweet, trees, saplings, etc that had taken over my backyard, Level-10 crew with backhoe + tools got it done, left the yard clean & tidy including patio brickwork, results above & beyond expectation, I couldn't be happier.
