Basement Rug was awful, stained and dirty with bad odor. i thought it was too far gone to waste my money to get it cleaned. After Stanley left, it looked new, really new. large area, all stains/odor were gone. stairs came out really nice. i am planning to have him back in the spring.

Flooding basement led to soaked carpets that began to smell and may have started growing mold. Luckily, Stanley was able to show up in one night, give a quote, and clean two rooms of carpet in a few hours. Couldn’t have asked for a better option.

Stanley was exceptional! We have Berber carpets that can be difficult to clean, all pet stains were removed and it smells so clean! Our neighbors were impressed and are planning on using Elite as well.

Stan is the man. Just bought a house and the previous owners were serious smokers and had dogs. Stan coordinated the estimate and cleaning around our crazy schedule. I went with the deep clean w shampoo and disinfectant and it made such a difference, house smells amazing. Appreciate his communication and attention to detail with his work.

I cannot speak highly enough of my carpet cleaner Stanley. He was not only very personable, but very knowledgeable in carpet cleaning and many other areas of need. A certified electrician as well, Stanley discovered a slow leak in my upstairs bathroom faucet, which also began leaking into my downstairs master bathroom ceiling and ceiling light. Stanley put a "hold" on the carpet cleaning and quickly took action to prevent further damage and danger from the leak. He made me aware of it and would not leave until he made sure the leak had stopped, my house was protected from damage and danger, and then completed my carpets.

Stanley was impeccably conscientious and caring, as his change of priority and quick action clearly demonstrated. He briefly left to pick up two commercial blowers at his Warehouse and returned placing one in the upstairs bathroom and the other in the downstairs bathroom. He instructed me to keep them running for 24 hours to ensure complete dryness. Stanley in my book is a 10 STAR gem!

Stanley and his team did an amazing job cleaning carpets that had been damaged from frozen pipes. His team worked diligently to clean up a very large area. They came the very same day I called and resolved the issue immediately. They were all very professional.

Stanley, the service technician that came to my house was able to come earlier than planned and his communication was wonderful. He did a wonderful job shampooing and deodorizing my couch and my hallway rug, as I often have multiple dogs in my house and it's not always possible to keep them off the couch when I'm working in my office. Everything looks and smells wonderful. He spent extra time in the couch and I couldn't be happier! It's like having a brand new couch!
