A few services try to hook you in with a low-ball estimate that I just knew would double by the time they were done. Not Elite Carpet Cleaning Pros. From my first call with Stanley, where he patiently explained the service and what he expected I would need, and gave me a realistic price that he stuck to, to the really careful and diligent work Ofari did to clean a particularly annoying spot on my couch, it was a terrific experience. These guys are professional, friendly, know what they are doing, and get the job done. They aren't the cheapest but you know you get what you pay for, and they are well worth the money. Thank you Stanley and Ofari! Much appreciated.

I don’t write reviews but in this case I had to. Very unhappy with the service I got from Elite carpet cleaners. First the text from them were totally confusing one text didn’t know what the other one told me. Then the price they quoted me went up when they came to pick up the carpet. When returned the fringe on the carpet was not clean and the fringe on the other side looked dirty. Now when I unrolled it there was still dog hair on it that was there when they picked it up. I got taken to the cleaners on this one. Find some other carpet cleaning co. for your job.

We were getting ready to list our house for sale and wanted to make the carpets look new again. We had two problem areas, a white carpet on the second floor that was showing foot traffic, and a carpeted stair that also needed a good deep cleaning. Stanley did an absolutely incredible job and came with some serious deep cleaning equipment. The white carpet looks brand new and the stairs show no signs of foot traffic. Stanley is super customer service focused, meticulous and takes pride in his work. You won't find a better carpet cleaner business anywhere.

I made the appointment mid week and they arranged to come that Saturday, and they were on time. Stanley is very sociable and professional.

I needed two carpeted rooms cleaned and vinyl tiled common areas cleaned and polished. The work was done in the time planned and everything looked great afterward. All their equipment was picked up after the job. Now the furniture can arrive to my apartment with freshly cleaned flooring.

I was very pleased with the job Stanley did on my carpets. I had 3 wool area rugs cleaned as well as a sectional that were all overdue for a cleaning. I have small pets and I must say I was thrilled with the results. I intend to use Elite again in the future and appreciate the thorough job they did.

I wish I can say I had a good experience. I was looking for someone to clean my carpets I called and someone was sent the next day . Which was great. Unfortunately the tech that was sent did not do a good job. I had 3 rooms and one deep cleaning . Deep cleaning room was not clean to my satisfaction at all stains and smell are very much still there. Over 300 dollars spent just for everything to look the same very disappointed. And money wasted.

Stanley was very professional. He had a tough job-Grease & oil footprints on our carpet. He didn’t leave until all spots were gone!! The pictures don’t even show how bad the stains were! Nothing we did could get them out. Stanley took care of it! Much more affordable than having to replace the carpet. Thanks, Stanley!!
