San Antonio Air Service Experts offered OUTSTANDING services on the installation and maintenance of our new air conditioner. The staff were professional, courteous, and very attentive in all of our interactions, whether they were telephoned or face-to-face. We were very impressed by the level of detail and promptness with which any concerns raised during installation were addressed. It's rare that a company has employees who consistently provide high quality service. Having to replace your A/C unit during summer can be very stressful. We really appreciate the dedication, focus and hardwork that "Juan," Joe," and "Andy," provided during installation. "Andrew" & "JJ", were prompt and efficient in replacing our unit. Their expertise and time spent answering our questions is greatly appreciated. Mark also provided great support for the scheduling of the replacement of the device. He was respectful and thoughtful of our requests and special needs for the time and date. "Mariah," was always excellent in answering calls and getting messages to the proper personnel. Chris and Nicole responded promptly to our concerns. Mike also helped us with our documentation. Our most valuable appreciation goes to "Alex", for his commitment in providing technical assistance at our house after-hours. We are very pleased with the A/C system installed by our company and the professionalism displayed by their employees.

P&G Commercial Heating Cooling has a good reputation. They are professional, and give you advice on how to prolong the life of your heater and air conditioner. They have never tried to steer me wrong or try to sell something I didn't need. Prestigious company. They are a great company! !

Matt is a great guy! All was very well cleaned and the results were excellent. He did a great job in cleaning and maintaining all of our units. He was so good, we presented him with this certificate. Unfortunately, we couldn't get it to the man before he left.
