We had good experience last time around , so we engaged them today .
While they are known for doing a job reasonably well , I found their customer service simply atrocious. When asked for clarification with the Supervisor , One Renado, over phone about the workers who were engaged today ( as they didn’t understand a word in English) he simply misbehaved and withdrew the workers .

I hope the owner will address the issue .

Since hiring San Marino, my yard is the envy of my block. I was so impressed at how their expertise in landscaping and layout transformed it. Not only that: They maintain the look and treat my yard as if it was their own. Highly recommend. Worth the money.

I have found San Marino to be reliable and affordable! Bill just completed some landscaping for me, and he is a true artist. I can't say enough excellent things about this company. They arrived quickly, did an excellent job, and were kind and took pride in their work. After the work was finished, they cleaned up everything, leaving the property in pristine condition! Definitely hire them for anything you could possibly need in their line of expertise! I recommend them without hesitation.

I'm very happy with the residential services that San Marino provides. I've used them for a number of years for our lawn care and feel they've gotten even better over the years. There's always a head of the crew that makes sure everything is running smoothly and that I can ask questions or make requests to. The team has always worked to fill my requests. - Pat B. June 2023

They don't do what they say, no attention to detail or notes givne to the crew. They moved my sprinkler while we were on vacation, they couldn't be bothered to move it back 3 feet to its original position, sprinkler was on a timer, wasted water and ruined the grass. Their response: "We'll take that cut off your bill" what?? is that it? I've has enough with these guys.. won't use them again.

Excellent landscaper! San Marino Landscaping did a great job. They came in to the property which is a thirty unit condominium, they did an amazing job cleaning this spring they cleared everything removed dead shrubs, trimmed branches in the driveway and parking area, cleared everything out then they put in the mulch it looks amazing everyone was so impressed with the work they did. I highly recommend them they pay very close attention to details and get the job done. We have three more properties and all the condo owners was so impressed with them that they want to continue using there services. Thanks again Antonio, Renaldo & Staff. GREAT JOB!

I used San Marino for the last three years. Their work is very fast and sloppy. Last week they came to our house for their regular lawn cut visit. They went fast around our house mulching our backyard to the point that my pool was full of cut grass on the walls and in the pool water. Also, the yard was a mess, our shoes would get full of grass if we walked on it. After calling/talking to them to make them aware of the situation and sending them pictures of the damage they never came back to clean up so I ended up cleaning their mess myself. Stay far away from this company.

I have no idea about the landscaping skills. But I can say, the snow removal was a joke. They plowed me in, not out for 2 days, piled snow in the street to make it a one lane street broke trees and never finished. The machine sat idle for days now it gone. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

The work is great they did a fantastic job at multiple of my commercial properties.

I used them for Mulching and they did a excellent job

Does an amazing job. I needed them to do an emergency landscape job at my place of work and they were professional efficient and the best at completing it in a timely manner. Would highly recommend

We tried to hire Imperial to service our lawn and they left us hanging 3x after confirming dates and times.

We are moving and needed our lawn mowed prior to the new owners moving in. We posted on NextDoor looking for landscaping and they reached out to us and told us they could immediately help us. We did call and end up hiring them to service our lawn the following day. However, they never showed up at the agreed time. We called them and were reassured by the owner the crew would be arriving after this job they were on. The sun went down without them showing up. I received a call back from the owner who apologized and told me his crew would be there first thing in the AM. I told him we had movers arriving at 8:30 AM and they needed priority access in the driveway. He reassured me it wouldn’t be an issue and that we’d be their first stop and his crew would arrive at 7:30 AM.

The next morning, 7:30 came and went and Imperial never showed up. I reached out and couldn’t get in touch. I then heard from the owners partner who told me the crew would instead show up after the movers were done. We agreed on 1-2 PM.
This time I point blank asked him, (and I have it in text) “Can I count on you to arrive? We really need this to get done.”

His answer, “Yes 100% we will get it taken care of.”

As I’m sure you are guessing, 3 PM came and no landscaping crew.

Pretty sure this company is one big joke. If I could give zero ⭐️‘s I would.

I can’t say enough good things, my yard was in desperate need of attention, years of neglect, now the envy of the neighborhood. Imperial is my go to from here on out and George did an amazing job the whole way through, from estimation to execution and follow up.

George and his team came is as expected and did a phenomenal job.
The team was very thorough and very informative. Highly recommend he and his crew. We will definitely have them back for future work.

I fell and fractured my leg on Friday so obviously couldn’t handle the snow storm that fell on Sunday. One phone call to Imperial and they were at my door and had me shoveled/plowed out in no time! Very friendly and accommodating to me. Will use again.

trying to contact them so they can make this right but so far so luck. They showed up to clean my neighbors yard and blew it all into my yard. My porch is covered in dirt and leaves, my furniture, the laundry that was outside. I even went out there and asked them to clean my porch after they had made a mess of it. They agreed. Then they didn’t clean it. To make it all worse, it turns out they blew dirt and leaves INTO my open basement window. Irresponsible, unprofessional, and just disrespectful. It is not my problem that my neighbor wants you to blow leaves all in the air. Don’t blow them towards my property! I can not clean this up!

George and his crew did an outstanding job of excavating in our back yard. We needed heavy boulders removed and a short trench dug near our pool area. They were extremely careful, diligent and accommodating to our needs and requests. They went the "extra yard" to make sure that their work met our needs and that we were completely satisfied. Imperial would be our "Go To" for any future needs.

As a maintenance supervisor for POAH Communities, George and Imperial have done an incredible job with landscaping and snow removal at both of my properties. Always on time and do a great job. Will continue to use them for upcoming seasons.
